NOT WORTH IT!! I rather pay for REAL professionals than save…read moremoney hiring these guys! The owner YELLED at me and had me in literal tears, because he thought I was wrong about the voucher I bought and did not want to honor it, ON MOVING DAY, while his workers were already in my house. He said I could take my deposit back and he could take his workers back. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and difficult. He would not hear me and claimed that he never agreed to a voucher, despite me having the proof in writing. Then he said he wouldn't honor it cause Groupon was wrong, as if that was my fault?! His workers were so sympathetic. They could see how upset I was, and how this grown man was speaking to me. It took his employee talking him down and me sending screenshots of the fine print of the voucher for him to calm down and speak to me like a person. If I had the option at the time to not do business with this man, I wouldn't have, but seeing as it was moving day, and I had already given them hundreds of dollars, I had no choice. He apologized for his behavior and his men got the job done, but that was by far the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I've ever had. It made a very stressful day 10xs more stressful. There was some damage done to my floor, wall, and furniture, but given how he handled the voucher incident, I don't expect to get any type of compensation for that. They own several businesses so watch out for the name!

I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. I highly recommend using them from my own personal experience.

I hired this company back in 2020 and had a really great experience, so I figured I would use them…read moreagain. Unfortunately, this time around, my experience wasn't nearly as good. The actual people who did the pickup were fine. A bit more bumping into walls than I'd like, but otherwise ok. The problem was scheduling. I booked a month in advance and they said they would be there the morning of pickup between 8 and 10 am. They were texting me to ask for pictures of what I needed taken away as early as 8:15. At 9:45 they texted me a quote. I messaged them around 10:30 asking if/when they were coming b/c the pickup window had passed. And then I didn't hear anything until around noon. Two hours after the pickup window. That's when they told me that they weren't going to be there until around 4. In reality, it was around 4:50. The reviews here are still generally really good, so I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke, but the lateness combined with the lack of communication made for a really disappointing experience.
