I can easily text with questions, and because I deal with anxiety they often send me pics of Cooper while I am away even though I know he is in great hands. They ended up having to do an emergency C-section there anyways because she died in the lobby of their hospital they ended up doing the C-section themselves to try to save the puppies and all the puppies died but one seven puppy six puppies died not to mention the expensive class they are. I switched my bed to associated veterinary out in regional Wisconsin. I'd rather drive 20 minutes. They have better prices better bedside manner and they take your problems. More seriously than memorial vet does.

My boyfriends dog developed pink eye from a dog park and instead of squeezing him in any of the 2…read moredays we called we were told to go to the emergency vet. We dont qualify for care credit nor do we have an extra 500-600 for an emergency visit. Shame on you all for not caring enough to take the 10 min appointment to get him some relief and antibiotics. Port cities squeezed him in and with in 10 mins knew exactly what it was and he was on the way to recovery. Never again will we be at your facility.

Recently took our Bichon to get groomed at Darcy Woo grooming. FYI we have been taking her there…read morefor a couple of years, but unfortunately her regular groomer quit. We continued to use Darcy Woo, but this last hair cut was the last ! The groomer even admitted she screwed up on her ears, boy she wasn't wrong! Then to top it off she picked up Maggie out of the coral she had her in and as she was turning around, she drop Maggie! Maggie landed on her flat on her belly! Ever since she's been home she's been hacking, and now started with seizures last night! I don't know what happened behind closed doors , but I hope the vet can answer some ?'s today when we bring her in today!

Booster is abrasive, manipulative, and extremely unpredictable. She told me she would have me as a groomer once I was trained and then later told me I was more useful as an assistant. This meant doing all of her work for her, almost completing full grooms sometimes but paid as an assistant and not a groomer, no sharing of tips happened when I would do 90% of the groom either. There is a revolving door here of employees and for good reason.
