Thank God she never called!!! The girl who applied the tan did an amazing job however the tan lasted 2 days !!!! Are u kidding me???? I stopped by the shop to speak with the owner. She wasn't there. The girl who did my spray tan offered to re do for free I said no thanks. I asked for the owner to call me. She did not. I strongly do not recommend this place. Way overpriced and the can I bought at Target did amazing and is still going!!

As far as spray tanning goes, healthy glow is a GEM. I love…read moretheir products and my tan was really natural looking and lasted, I couldn't be more thrilled! The rooms are much more professional than other salons I've been to that offer spray tanning services and I was so pleasantly surprised. I love that they use the stick on shoes so you don't get that nasty bottom of the foot tan from left over residue - all products are professional, clean, and I was really satisfied with all the amenities. Prices are fair for services and products and they offer student discounts They use infinity sun sunless tanning products and it smells SO good! My tan didn't come off in chunks like usual -- great surprise. Stayed on for about a week, maybe longer before it even began to fade before it even began to come off! When it did, the tan Came off easily and Didn't dry out my skin The tone of the spray was great with my skin tone and I was really happy with the results - it looked really natural. Everyone has highly recommended Sophia and now I totally understand why- this is my new go to for sunless tanning in Chattanooga!

These people have no idea how to run a business. I have been few places that treat their customers so poorly. Second, they do NOT know how to clean beds. If you do choose to lay here, be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies as there is often dried sweat and lotion in every bed. The beds are cracked, dirty, and old. Finally, if you can stand all of this, there are often dogs running freely in the "business" Their "specials" sound like a good deal, but don't believe them. You will not get full use of your visits.

Sunless Solution needs to be checked and ran through hoses frequently. I went in for spray tan for…read morea formal event and the solution came out DARK GREEN to BLACK in color! Ive never seen anything like this! I was told by two of the workers at Super Tan it is NORMAL.. no it's not! All studies and researches indicate the color should be bronze in color. On a customer service level, I would recommed that the girls up front other than Holly and Heather be trained on "PROFESSIONALISM". Speaking to a client with professionalism and knowledge is very important when wanting to earn ones' business. Interruping ones' conversations and speaking out of term is very impolite. Needless to say, Because of the unprofessional knowledge and "old" spray in the tanning booth I will choose to take my business elsewhere. For those of you looking to do a spray tan in a booth, be sure they change the solution and run the spray through at least 2x before you get in the booth!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager Patrick and the receptionist Susie. Our massages were wonderful; I asked my therapist to focus on my back since I'd been having some pain, and she did just that. The massage was very relaxing and just what I needed the day after a long drive. Afterwards, we were offered a nice variety of drinks from water, tea, peach Bellini and champagne. We sipped our drinks in the guest lounge to decompress before checking out of the room. Upon checking out, I left a gratuity for both massage therapists and Susie gave us recommendations for places to eat in Chattanooga. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would visit again.

Our reservations were confirmed the day prior and I was offered a complimentary eye treatment. Yes :) please and thank you :) On the day of our visit, everything went pretty smoothly. We were offered a nice variety of drinks from water, tea, peach Bellini and champagne. I do wish the spa was a little bigger to allow more lounge time to truly soak in the spa experience. Also, a locker room or changing room different from the actual treatment rooms would have been nice. Everyone was very pleasant and the treatments were nice. Julianna was great during my massage very relaxing. Brandi did my facial. The best part of the facial was the facial massage. It was ridiculously relaxing. My biggest concern is that I scheduled two 80 minute services. I arrived at 10am and was done with both services by 1210. I feel like both services were cut a little short and I am used to having a more full experience when visiting a spa. I would have said something prior to leaving, but did not realize the time until I was back to my room. Not sure if I would visit again due to the timing issue, but I did enjoy what I received.

1 Star - An Unforgivable Mess of a Service Experience!…read more We booked a couples massage at Massage Envy on North Shore two to three weeks in advance to celebrate a late Valentine's Day. My wife and I took an entire day off work and even arranged for 45 minutes of travel (one way) 1 1/2 hours in total, to drop our son off for childcare, all to make this appointment at 9 AM. We received two confirmation messages from Massage Envy the evening before, so we were all set. The morning of the appointment, with barely an hour's notice, the manager--Jordan--calls to cancel our appointment. Her excuse? That it was "unsafe to drive" due to snow and "ice on the road." Let me set the record straight: We live on top of Lookout Mountain, drive a rear-wheel drive pickup, and the temperature never even dropped below 36°--hardly freezing conditions, making ice formation IMPOSSIBLE. The roads in Chattanooga and surrounding areas were perfectly clear, and I personally woke up at 5 AM to get ready and drove our son to childcare, ensuring we could make our appointment on time. Instead of taking responsibility, Jordan spewed a weak, laughable excuse about unsafe roads and then had the gall to offer us facials or individual massages at different times as if that could ever make up for the massive inconvenience and wasted day off work. We explained our entire situation--our meticulous planning, the sacrifice of work and time, and the real disappointment of having what we had been looking forward to ruined. Yet, she showed zero empathy. When I asked her to escalate this to her boss and compensate us with two free massages for the utter disruption, she called back and flatly refused, offering a pitiful upgrade for a facial or hot stones instead. I asked for the 60 minute massage to be upgraded to 90 minutes, to which she said she could not do that because of their "system". To add insult to injury, she arrogantly tried to correct me when I pointed out that, per their own website, we would have been charged for canceling the appointment--if we'd canceled ourselves, that is. But because her team "couldn't come in," she tried to rewrite their policy on the spot claiming we would not have been charged. Finally, I requested a full refund of our gift card due to the worst customer service experience I have ever received, and she dismissed us entirely, claiming she could do nothing since we purchased it online. This is not only unacceptable; it's an outright scam of a customer service experience. Massage Envy on North Shore, under the management of Jordan, is a total disaster. Their bull**** excuses, complete lack of accountability, and shockingly poor customer service have ruined what was supposed to be a special day. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.
