AGE DISCRIMINATION!…read more One thing I really don't like is that they cut off the student discount at age 25. I am currently enrolled in a masters degree program where they recommend you do not work to focus on school, so us students are on a budget for sure. One of my fellow classmates introduced me to this gym, and we wanted to sign up but since she is 26, they would not let her get the student discount. This is ensuring that I also will not sign up, even though I am under 25, as I think that is totally not fair! Before we found out that she cannot get the student discount, we came in on a guest pass to check out the gym. I wasn't a huge fan. For the price they charge I expected better. The basic membership is $50 a month. I do like that they have group fitness classes as well as a pool. I'd say this is worth it if you really enjoy the racquetball and tennis facilities they have, otherwise just go to any other gym that would be cheaper.

The positives 1. a nice indoor and outdoor tennis facility…read more2. Decent weight and workout area The Negatives 1 New staff is usually poorly trained on the computer system 2. Maintenance is lacking- screens between courts have had holes in them for 9 months, clay courts constantly have moss growing in corners and edges as they are never swept(public courts at Ashton Part are much better maintained), staff does not really care about members input. 3. When something gets fixed it always seems like a gum and string replacement. Indoor court curtains were replaced but are poorly fitted. Now replacing screens between indoor courts but the replacements are too short. In Canada they call this cheap and cheerful solutions.
