This company came out to drill a hole in our granite for an RO system. The owner, Joshua, was able…read moreto get an installer out within minutes, which was amazing! Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size--too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. We told him BEFORE he started drilling that the bit looked too big, but he insisted it was fine. He didn't measure the bit up to the sizing diagram we provided him. We contacted Joshua, who proceeded to curse and threaten us with lawyers if we didn't pay him. Joshua stated that the services were rendered and that if we didn't pay, he would put a lien on our home (over $250 ). Joshua was screaming that he would show up to our home with lawyers and his crew and that "they don't make 1 inch diamond drill bits for granite (lol)" I mean really, it's a hole. It's too big. The guy didn't measure twice cut once. Calm down Joshua, no need to scream at people. No wonder your employee told us to contact him directly if there were any issues. We are not going to be bullied into paying for services that we didn't request- which is a hole too big for our faucet that we now have to fix. Please look elsewhere unless you like dealing with hotheads. Edit: If the owner thinks this install is acceptable- a wobbly install, not seated on the counter, with a gap visible from across the room, then he really is as delusional as he sounded when he cursed out my husband and threatened to show up at my house with 'his lawyer' if we didn't pay him. If this is the type of work the public wants from a company, and an owner that resorts to immediately screaming and threatening the customer over his employees mistake, then please hire Surprise Granite and good luck with that.

(Stone slabs, tile, sinks, etc) They are not brokers. They also have their own water jet machine on site. First, they came to tear down the old shower, which was done in one day. They completely cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old material away. Our new shower is gorgeous! They did an amazing job from start to finish: tear down, installation, plumbing and new shower door. They were punctual and very courteous. I want to add that their office staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Tintas is a family-owned company and they are very meticulous. This is the 6th time we have contracted them. We have always been very satisfied with the work and we wouldn't use anyone else.

Bill the owner convinced us to buy his sink instead of store bought. That's when problems began shortly after, I got real sick and needed a kidney transplant so our concerns at that time weren't on the problem with the guest bathroom sink ! There was a mysterious ring near the drain. I was blessed and got a transplant after 6 years. The first year you stay pretty busy with hospital visits but we didn't worry about sink because we felt Tintas would be able to fix the issue!! We where mistaken they sent Colton out to see the issue, the ring was rough and had no porcelain but instead of helping they did the old wasn't us we didn't blah blah blah use CLR or you can pay us 1000 dollars and we'll get you a new sink and vanity. That's was what they charge us the first time how about that, such a deal. Don't you think if yoonly had to use CLR why would they not just clean it ? So beware make sure to check what warranty they offer on their work. Don't make the mistake we did . Ric Surprise AZ
