The owner, who started this business during the COVID-19 pandemic, was so knowledgeable about scent creation and candle-making, and I'll definitely have to be back to sniff and buy some of her creations. The only downside that I've experienced here is that one time I got a gift of a body lotion in a fragrance that I didn't like and I was not able to return or exchange it. If I buy gifts from the le Labo store, I always make sure to ask the recipients what fragrance number they use as I don't want them to have the same experience that I did. You can also buy the Le Labo fragrances at Nordstrom and it's an easy return if it's not right. Sales staff is very knowledgable and I can't wait to start trying my new #13!
