Everything was set up and streamlined efficiently, and the owner and staff were so sweet and helpful, checking on everyone's progress and taking the time to answer any questions we had. The owner, who started this business during the COVID-19 pandemic, was so knowledgeable about scent creation and candle-making, and I'll definitely have to be back to sniff and buy some of her creations. The only downside that I've experienced here is that one time I got a gift of a body lotion in a fragrance that I didn't like and I was not able to return or exchange it. If I buy gifts from the le Labo store, I always make sure to ask the recipients what fragrance number they use as I don't want them to have the same experience that I did. You can also buy the Le Labo fragrances at Nordstrom and it's an easy return if it's not right. Sales staff is very knowledgable and I can't wait to start trying my new #13!
