This business leaves something to the imagination. The customer service is lacking that personal touch. I called in to make my payment and was given some misinformation that resulted in them calling me accusing me of missing a payment. I explained the situation that feel on deaf ears The customer service agent Giselle wants so bent on being rude she didnt want to hear my story. Time wasting company that makes you come in to waste more time. Throw the mail they send you out, right away!

Extremely obnoxious with bullying antics. When you first meet they you think they are professionals until they come to collecting payment and they start with harassing you by calling your referrals when they have not called you. I asked Chelsea to call me after the holidays instead she called me the next day and I told her the same thing, but after the holidays she called my friend claiming she could not reach me which was false. This is a 4 day difference. They never reached out on Monday because they were closed but on Tuesday instead of calling me they called my reference. When I called and asked why they had not called me she claimed that she had and my voicemail was not set up which is complete nonsense as I am in real estate. I don't have a single call from her so when I called in Bridget told me they had been off. They need to stop treating people like children and get on with running a business like it should be. People will only have respect if you treat them with respect. Never coming back here again. I'll be done with them today. read more

Probably one of the most un professional managers at this location . I would 100% prefer to deal with my account through the cooperate office then to speak with anybody at this location . Maricruz the previous assistant manager was great wish she was still there . There is a number of locations here in Austin wouldn't recommend doing business at this one . read more

I was approved for a loan through Sun loans and two months into paying off the loan after making on-time, or before the due date payments, they erroneously reported me to the credit bureau that I was 30+ days late on my payment and that my loan was opened in July when it was actually opened in September. My credit went down 61 points, thanks to Credit Karma and Credit Wise apps regularly notifying me of my credit score. Get a loan from Sun Loans if you want your credit unfairly damaged. read more
