The look is SO clean and seamless compared to the majority of permanent exterior lights out there. One of the biggest selling points for us was the hidden wiring -- it gives such a polished appearance while also making us feel confident the system will be protected for years to come. The warranty also gave us incredible peace of mind and really speaks to the quality of their product. From start to finish, everyone was wonderful to work with. The install crew was quick, professional, and respectful of our home. The office staff was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. A huge shoutout to our sales representative, Ricardo Navarro! He truly sold my husband on the product because of his knowledge, patience, and honesty. If you're thinking about hiring Ben G Landscaping for grading or any services, stop right now…read more Hiring Ben G Landscaping was the single worst decision I've made, and I strongly urge you to avoid repeating my mistake. This company is dangerously unqualified, engages in gross malpractice, and possesses absolutely no knowledge of proper grading practices. We entrusted Ben G Landscaping with grading work at our new construction home, and they did exactly the opposite of what professional grading should accomplish. Instead of diverting water away from our house, Ben G Landscaping directed water towards it, resulting in severe flooding, extensive water damage, and costly repairs. This catastrophic negligence has cost us years of headaches, stress, and substantial financial losses to investigate and remedy. Independent evaluations by licensed professionals conclusively demonstrated that Ben G Landscaping did not follow the original grading plan at all. When confronted with their blatant errors and shown clear evidence by a new surveyor, Ben G Landscaping refused to acknowledge their mistakes or take any responsibility. We have suffered tremendously due to their incompetence, and now, to protect others, we are preparing legal action against Ben G Landscaping. If you are searching for grading services, avoid Ben G Landscaping at all costs. Hiring this business risks significant financial loss, damage to your property, and years of distress. There are countless qualified professionals--Ben G Landscaping is not one of them. Save yourself from unnecessary hardship and expense by looking elsewhere.

I've resisted the solicitations of the big lawn weed-control/fertilizer companies for years…read more Finally, I threw my hands up--the noxious intruders took over in our wooded area. A friend suggested that I call Steve at Logic for an appraisal. They use all organic treatments and the price is reasonable. They are a small local company committed not to outgrow their capabilities. I noticed an improvement before the second treatment (of 6 for the season). Everyone who visits raves about the lawn. I try to water it once in a while, a source of guilt given the water shortages in the country, but we have Lake Michigan, which connects to Huron to boot! I've since recommended several friends to Logic.

No show, no call. Finally called me a week and a half later and Said they were in the area, could they do the estimate right then. I was at work downtown but the nanny was home so I said yes. I know he didn't show up at all that day because the nanny was looking for him. Then three days later, I get a call that he put together an estimate and the initial spring cleanup was going to be $600-$1000! The yard is for an end unit townhouse, so not very big. It is overgrown, but three weeks worth of the overgrowth was because they didn't keep their commitments. Obviously I would never use a service that conducts itself like this! Nor should you!
