The Quesa Birria Tacos was the best thing of the bunch. A MUST try item! Juicy meat fillings with all the fixings, the fresh tortilla was pan fried nicely so it had nice crispness, and the secret weapon, a hearty meat jus, elevated this dish to another level. They use a chicken thigh for the meat sando which I always respect because it's much juicier than a breast. The fresh mozzarella and the tomato sauce was incredible on this sando too. All in all you have to go here to grab one of these guys. Also be sure to order the Italian fries - double deep fried, crispy, while soft in the middle and dipped in a thick ketchup is . They give you a generous amount of ice burger lettuce which makes it refreshing and I'm a suckered for any burger with ketchup on it. This was the first time I got fries and they didn't disappoint. They weren't as crispy as I would have liked. But I loved the sauce and the addition of the Bonito flakes.
