Daisy spent so much time with me throughout the customization process, truly listening to my ideas and ensuring my vision came to life. I provided a loose pink stone, and together they helped create a beautiful piece that feels like a second engagement ring to me. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding during the process that was entirely my fault, not theirs. Despite that, Daisy and Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. They were patient, kind, understanding, and genuinely cared that I loved my ring. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication are outstanding, but what really sets them apart is their aloha spirit. They treated me with such warmth and grace throughout the entire experience. I am incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly special custom jewelry experience or any piece in general
