I had such a wonderful experience working with The Simple Luxe for my son's first birthday party…read morethat was farmers market themed! From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!

We also wanted to include our late dog in the design, and she incorporated him so beautifully. Seeing the attention to detail in their previous work is what convinced us to move forward, and all of our guests were blown away by how everything turned out. Jasmine was also a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She really listened to our ideas, gave us time to make decisions, and helped us stay within our budget. Huge thanks to the setup and cleanup team as well. They were punctual and respectful of the time we had the venue booked. My wife and I would definitely recommend The Simple Luxe to anyone (if it's within your budget). Their hard work and dedication to their clients truly shows in their work.

We were fortunate to have Alex referred by a relative for our April wedding in Pasadena. He worked…read morewithin our small budget -- even set up some of our DIY decorations -- and we couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked when we arrived! He added some gorgeous personal touches and he and his team stuck it out in the hot sun wading through some unexpected snafus with the decor. People have told me it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen -- and it was in a relative's backyard! Besides providing our rentals and setting up the tables, he strung the overhead lights and wall lights and draped the fence of the yard -- he does it all. We were planning the wedding from across the country, so he went to the venue for us to help make a layout plan. He was able to add more chairs, plates, and heaters for us at the very last minute, too!

I don't usually write reviews, but here I am. I've used PR&C twice. The first time they said I took…read moreone of their tables (all were there waiting in my yard). Thought I would give them another chance for my daughter's high school graduation party. The Monday before my party I did get a call from them confirming taco catering, tent, tables, chairs and table linens, and a delivery time frame between 10-12 on Saturday. Saturday morning comes along and now it's 12:30, I call PR&C and the associate asks me what day is my event on? I said today! and delivery was suppose to be between 10-12. She puts me on hold, and comes back asking if my tent has been delivered and set up, I said no! This leads to the next hour and a half of me calling trying to get an eta of when my rentals would be delivered! I called many times throughout the hour and a half trying to get an eta. The associate mostly did not answer my calls, leaving me to text constantly to find out where are my rental items. PR&C finally sent a text to back to me, and said my items would be at my home in 20 minutes which at that time was 1:55 pm, my party started at 2 pm. They arrived at 2:20, and had to set up the tent, that took another hour. The taco catering did show up on time (1:30, food served at 2). The tent, tables and chairs were done with set up around 3, that is when i could finally tell my guest they could eat. I was soo embarrassed, my guests kept asking me if they were early to the party cause the PR&C crew were setting up. I called the next day, Sunday and expressed my frustrations and issues of what happened Saturday. Kim answered, and she was very understanding and apologetic about Saturday, and told me she would call me back Monday evening. The week went by, and finally Friday I talk to Kim again, she told me she sent an email to Jessica, and Jessica should have emailed me, no email was sent during the week. I finally did receive an email from Jessica on Friday afternoon, after my many phone calls. She did not apologize about the mishap, but instead stated in the email, that my guests arrived late to my party (they did not, they were all in my house waiting for outdoor seating to eat). And since they arrived late that pretty much it is not PR&C fault for the late delivery. Jessica also emailed me attached photos of my home with my guests in her photos. Why are her employees taking pictures of my house without my consent. Still to this day no call from Jessica just emails of her trying to justify their wrong doings. Her husband did call me Friday, and stated since I accepted the rentals late, they will not refund me any amount (not even partial) but instead offer me a credit for future rentals. Why would I choose to rent from a business who has already showed me who they are. I understand the frustration of other reviewers, and what Jessica calls "harassment". She and her staff do not answer the phone to us disgruntled customers, they should just talk to us, that is what good customer service is from a small business. Definitely take your business elsewhere. ... Reading the comment back today. Exactly what I wrote about NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! And full on LIES about the actual events that took place. Your comments are very formal and proper, thank you CHAT GPT. I actually did rent from you guys before in September 2024 (your husband/owner took my order), you might want to get your facts straight before commenting. I agree the facts are facts. I did give your business a second chance, sorry for giving you a second chance. Yes I did receive my rental items (late), you are right I did not call during my party to complain (i was trying to celebrate my daughters party), you are right a partial refund would of been nice. But the fact is simple it's called "customer service" it is what i have been saying this whole time. This is the most i have spoken to you since my event. So Thank you. I do like that you changed your whole respond from this morning, good job Chat GPT you should give him a raise.

One thing that really stood out was their flexibility, they even offered a kids' menu option, which none of the other caterers we spoke with provided. Communication was seamless the entire time; they always answered my calls and made me feel confident throughout the planning process. Before the big day, they did a full walkthrough of the venue and came fully prepared, setting up an outdoor kitchen to ensure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. That level of dedication truly made a difference. The food itself was phenomenal. We received so many compliments from our guests, who kept mentioning how tasty everything was--and impressively, it was still warm when served, which is rare for weddings. we chose the braised short rib with cilantro rice and calabacitas .. it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It was absolutely unforgettable. A huge thank you to Chef Bobby and his wife for making our wedding day so special. We were really excited due to the fact we loved the menu and the pricing, and wanted to taste the food, and could never get a response. They just liked the message not even one minute later and never responded.
