Fried rice & noodles were pretty plain- definitely nothing exciting. As far as the veggies go, I got one piece of broccoli and the rest was cabbage and onion. For $60, I wouldn't go back. I'd rather pay an extra $40 and sit down at Kyushu down the street. Also, don't order pick-up through ChowNow because they add an extra $3 to each meal.

The restaurant is always well-kept and clean, and I really appreciate that the music isn't overly loud, so you can actually enjoy your meal and conversation. The hibachi experience is always fun! You get a salad and soup before watching them cook your meal right in front of you. Whether you order steak, chicken, salmon, or another option, the chefs keep you entertained and engaged throughout the cooking. It's especially fun when you're celebrating a birthday--they'll sing for you and make it feel special! One thing to keep in mind is that it can sometimes take a while to get seated on the hibachi side, especially on weekends. At times, they also wait to fill the tables before getting started, so be prepared for a little wait during busy hours. Overall, though, we really enjoy coming here. The food, atmosphere, entertainment, and experience make it one of our favorite hibachi spots, and I think the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Definitely a place we'll continue coming back to!

Hesitantly we decided to eat before we stopped off at Lowe's and headed back to finish. Stay with me here. We were a little dirty. Not filthy. Not like we had mud all over us but dressed in work out clothes. Super casual. We entered and asked for a booth, The hostess took us to the back end of the booth where there were tables filled with other patrons. I wanted a bit more privacy and asked her to sit one booth back. She said no. Not to be deterred I sit down at the booth we wanted and felt most Comfortable. We wanted some privacy and not have people all around us. The request was to literally sit one booth back...this hostess wasn't having it. She literally demanded we sit at her booth of choice. Today, it became a "I'm not moving". She "slams" the menus and walks off. That behavior had to be addressed. I'm a reasonable person but expect a certain level of customer service. After all the price of eating out....isn't cheap these days and We eat here all the time. In fact, I became the DUKE again when checking in today.... #1 patron! I take great pride in the title. I discussed my frustration with the manager. When I asked to speak with her the hostess pointed to a manager sitting at the table vs going and getting her. Rude was an understatement. The manager didn't seem overly concerned. All said, the food was wonderful. The Tuna Tower (we ask for no rice) needed more avocado. The Pan Seared dumplings Devine as usual and of course the crab Rangoon are other worldly. The spicy bad girl roll was tasty. We added cream cheese. My sister gets her usual....every time. Hibachi Filet mignon, fried rice and Ginger Salad. It's her absolute favorite and she enjoyed every bite. I don't think one person should drive the overall review but today's experience was stressful...The food 5 Stars. Consistent. That said the hostess has influence and today's 1 star review is for her an her alone. We also ran into Lencho. Lencho is the absolute best waiter. Sundays though he works on the hibachi grill side. Bummer. His smile would have turned the experience around. He's that good and we love him. This is the second time where We've not experience the best customer service. Kyushu ownership should take note.....Some southern hospitality goes a long way. Look no further than to Lencho!

The service was good, though it felt like they were hovering a bit. They claim to get most of their fish from Japan and do have some unique blackboard menu options, but charging $20+ for rolls that aren't particularly special is a tough sell. The ambiance felt like just another shopping center sushi spot. The place was clean and cute but nothing to write home about ,The sushi rice was pretty mid-tier, nothing to write home about. As for the fish, both the salmon and the octopus were just okay. It's decent sushi, but at this price point, the quality and execution need to step up a notch to make it actually worth it.

A TIKToker's review lead us here for lunch today…read more Let me start by saying the restaurant is immaculate and the folks are super friendly and helpful. Simply put we ordered way too much food today. Their Chicken wings are huge...meaty. I'm not a fan of wings that are as heavily breaded as these were. The buffalo wings for instance were ok. Nothing special. Same with the lemon pepper. The Asian style wings with "fish oil" were our least favorite. The Creamy crab egg rolls were delicious and unique. The chicken eggs rolls were ok. I'm on the hunt for egg rolls that are stuffed with cabbage. These, like the chicken wings are little too heavy on the breading. The Garlic Noodles are sooooo good. Tasty with the right amount of spice. The Kim Chi "stew" was tasty.

We always start with the crunchy vegetable spring rolls, not only are they always good, not the particular sweet and sour sauce they provide for dipping is really good too. It took us over an hour to get our takeout order. When we got home the portions were huge, but completely unseasoned. Neither the pad thai or pad see ew had any spice or sauce. Both were honestly pretty hard to eat. Not sure if this is a one-off or the new norm. We may give them another chance.

They have these huge doors to the entrance, where's there's 2 Golden horse statues when you walk in. Everything has a red and gold look and the employees are wearing all black. I asked our server if she knew what the kanji or chinese characters that were written on decorations meant, she wasn't sure and said she would ask. They had a 5 course special dinner we tried for $89 for 2 people. The first course was a chef special or choice but ended up being 4 pieces of sushi which weren't really good. Also got their hot & sour soup and egg drop soup. Both were disappointing or lacking in flavor, our server even asked if we wanted salt and pepper with it but still both tasted subpar. We also got some bbq pork ribs, which were decent, soft and tender. The bbq glaze was ok more like teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds on top. The Miso glazed salmon with vegetables was more appetizing to me and the lo mein noodles with shrimp as suggested by our server Amber. For dessert we had these deep fried banana rolls served with ice cream and some fruit. The experience was mediocre, when they brought out our 3rd and 4th courses they kept stacking the plates on top of each other instead of clearing our empty ones, maybe they were busy? We've never seen that before. We tried a jade margarita and an old fashioned. They were ok, decent flavor. Overall, too expensive for the food and subpar service. Won't come back here again.
