She asked another employee to come speak with us, and after we explained the problem, the employee cut open a piece of chicken and informed us that there was meat inside and that the chicken was supposed to be that hard. I found this response disappointing and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging our concern, the employee's approach made it feel as though we were being questioned about the legitimacy of our complaint. I understand that food preparation can vary, but the texture and quality of this chicken were noticeably different from our previous experience. As a customer, I should not have to justify my concerns by having someone cut open a piece of food to prove that there is an issue. Although the food was eventually replaced, the way the situation was handled left a lasting negative impression. While I appreciate that a replacement was offered, the overall experience was about more than just the food. It was also about how our concerns were addressed and the lack of understanding shown during the interaction. I believe customer service plays a significant role in the overall dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations.
