Gallatin Ford

8 month review: The team at Gallatin Ford helped my family and I find a bulletproof vehicle for a…read morevery fair price. After my wife's c-section, we were on the hunt for a vehicle that wouldn't leave her screaming every time we went over a bump in the road like my (then) truck (2019 RAM 1500 Crew Cab 4x4). After a few test drives with Jenna, we were set on a used (but incredible condition) 2019 Lincoln Navigator Reserve 4x4. Though it was just shy of 95k miles, it was priced to move (which allowed us to afford an extended warranty for peace of mind), and yet it was an nearly immaculate interior, and an exterior that - despite being driven around Canada for much of its life - was well maintained and fairly rust-free. There were a few things we had to bring the vehicle back for, but these were known at the time of sale and were part of the WE OWE of the sale. The service advisor we had (Kendra) was very good to help us take care of any and all recalls/customer satisfaction service bulletins, and the rentals they provided (covered by the recalls) were always great vehicles - not clown cars! A special thanks to Joe, who despite being part of upper management, was extremely personable, approachable, and very quick to address the one struggle we had sourcing a spare tire; and Nathaniel in sales, who always greeted us every time we came in, actually remembering who we are and having us feel like we were part of a new family. Highly recommended, always with a healthy dose of patience (as they've always had with us, lol).

Honestly, upsetting how bad this place has gotten. Almost two years ago, I brought my 2024 Ford…read moreBronco for $969 a month (with all the warranties and maintenance package) and since then I have always recommended people to go through. I thought about possibly trading in for a 2026 Mustang Ecoboost Premium or 2026 Ford Outer Banks. Due to my divorce in process I knew I'd possibly have a down payment but no big deal. I have a great job that always overtime and I could always save up. I test drove the Mustang and wasn't quite inlove with it like I am with my Bronco. It came with more cons than negatives in my mind, the most important being space. I let them run numbers anyway. What I didn't expect was to be flat out being lied to by the salesperson, Justin, and the sales manager, Tony. Even with an interest rate of 11.5%, there's no way the monthly being $943 on a $43000 price tag for 72 months. The total should be around $830-$850 without packages and was told this did not include packages. I even mentioned it at the table with the Justin and Tony and they kept saying this was such a great deal and I needed to sign immediately to secure it. I decided to go lay eyes on the car since I was given a used car to drive and the car turned out to have grey seats, which I'm completely against. The car does come in black seats, even if it's a slight up charge. Justin kept texting me after I left the dealership to sign the paperwork and "this was the only car the bank would approve" and "you can get black seats once we finish the paperwork" meaning that I would have to come out of pocket for them, which finance later confirmed I would need to pay for them. A day or two later, John, their finance person, called me about the paperwork. I had him send the contract. He stated he was "able to workout a deal with Ford" and get my payment to $899 a month with all the warranties added. Mind you, the car is priced at full price, there is a $2500 trade in bonus the dealership has and $500 first responder bonus given by Ford. The warranties on the contract were also listed at full price. I told John I didn't want the car due to having grey seats anyway and they offered to split the cost of changing them to black seats if I paid half of the cost which is $2000. Thank god I asked for the actual contract to be sent to me so I can review the numbers properly. What they didn't tell me was they were taking one of my warranty refunds towards the down payment, ON TOP OF THE DOWN PAYMENT I WAS ALREADY GIVING THEM, when I had been told I was receiving it as a refund. On Monday, I told him I didn't want the Mustang. I would rather save for a newer Outer Banks. Like I said, I have a great job with OT provided and can work towards the goal I want. At this point I had received multiple text messages throughout the day and didn't appreciate being harassed while at work. I finally called him out on being lied to, the fact that the car has been on their lot for over 300 days, and that I don't appreciate how he spoke to me about it "not being possible with certain situations." I'll no longer be recommending this place for sales again. The service department though is absolutely great. Everyone is always kind and efficient. Thank you at least for that!

I was proud of my truck, but it had seen better days after being on the road and helping me lug my music equipment etc. I've had good rental car experiences with Nissan brand cars, so I wanted to give the Gallatin Nissan dealership a try. Was in the market for a lightly used car or truck anywhere between 2020 to 2024. With the help of the friendly sales associate Ray, I settled for a 2024 Nissan frontier pick up double cab. She only had a little over 19,000 miles on her and still in good shape. When I traded in my old car, I was able to get the final price to just $5000 over the original cost of my Toyota Tacoma back in 2013. Grateful to have found a truck, with the help of Ray of course. He was nice, personable, and never once pressured me into a sale. Two or three weeks later (yesterday afternoon - I'm writing this at midnight Central because I'm a night owl), I purchased stay flatbed cover for my Nissan frontier. I had managed to assemble it on my own at around 85% completion, but the instructions it came with weren't entirely clear towards the end. I contacted Ray at the dealership in hopes that he knew somebody at the shop who could help me assemble it more professionally. With the help of his associates, Matt and Mitch, and a little bit of my own elbow grease, the three of them were able to help me save probably hundreds of dollars and helped me point out some minor mistakes I made in the assembly process. I'm not going to throw any other companies under the bus, but someone wanted to charge me four to $500 for their services. Ray and his friends helped me keep those numbers remaining in my bank accounts. The point of the story is that, if you are new to the middle Tennessee area and are looking to upgrade, but not looking for an actual new car, reach out to Ray at Nissan Gallatin, Tennessee. He'll point you in the right direction of a great car, and if you're nice to him And other employees of the dealership, they might do you a favor down the road.

I was buying out of state and was very skeptical about the whole process but Chad provided updates along the way and handled the pickup of the Jeep to get shipped to me with ease. They tried to slide in a $900 coating but he quickly removed it when I asked about. The only hiccup I had was with the finance manager not being clear on the price of the extended warranty. He said it was $20 and I asked if that was upfront, as in a one time payment. They said yes and I later realized they were going off the monthly payment, $20 more per month, instead of the actual price. I probably should have known better but when I asked about if that was upfront, I know he full well understood what I meant. This caused me to have to wait longer for updated documents. However, I don't know that that's enough to cause me to not recommend this dealer. I'd say give Miracle a shot. I'd consider using them again for a future order.

My oil change was scheduled in the early morning. I arrive on time and am met with a quick and friendly hello. After appointment verification details were done, I waited to be notified that my vehicle is ready. The waiting area is by far the nicest facility of any Honda dealer in the US that I have visited. Very spacious and comfortable with a pretty good coffee maker which was greatly needed at 7am! The oil change took just a hair over 1 hour. Kinda long, but since nothing else was going at that time of day, I was not stressed about the length of time it took. Once I did receive my vehicle, I paid the bill ($10 more than my closest dealer) and drove off. Footnote to this... some Honda dealerships offer a complementary car wash of which mine was not. One very definitive thing I will say... I would NEVER buy a vehicle here! Seriously, I realize its a brand new "store" so it has to be paid for, but the prices I saw on the vehicles in the showroom were insane! You have the factory sticker price on the window with the MSRP on it. Next to that is the dealer sticker (usually to the right). Compare the MSRP and the numbers are not the same. The dealer MSRP was about $1,000 more! Sorry, I don't want to join this circus!
