I had my spare tire removed and connectors ready to repair- they had no clue who I was, made a remark about me pulling in , and then argued with me about the repair - saying " if it was a 15 min repair, you wouldn't be here". Wow. Very disappointed. Especially since I had 3 separate follow up calls to my Yelp request. Very strange - and 139.00 estimate to connect 4 wires that are a breeze to get to. Confusing service. Probably won't use them for my upcoming muffler and shock work. Sorry. Just not pleased

Very Honest Business! I thought the clutch was going out on my 2012 Mustang GT and asked them to…read morelook at it and to replace the clutch. They stated that the repair would cost around $1200 and they would look at it first and call me. I received a call about an hour later and they told me that I was just low on break fluid and that was causing my clutch peddle to not engage properly. They filled it up and said No Charge and it was ready to pick up! They could have just put in a new clutch and I would have never known the difference! I will recommend this shop to everyone that will listen. They also rebuilt the transmission in my sons 1967 Suburban and did a great job at a reasonable price! Thank you for your honesty and great customer service! Andy W.

I took my vehicle here after being miss diagnosed by a dealership. With the code that was thrown…read morethe dealership basically told me I needed a new transmission ($5,522). So I called around and landed on this gem of an establishment. I spoke with Wilson on the phone for a bit telling him what was going on with my truck. After picking up my truck from the dealership (the codes were cleared and it was driving fine) I brought it to the Transmission Masters. They looked it over, plugged into the computer and test drove it. Just like I said, nothing was appearing to be wrong while in there so they couldn't tell me anything except keep an eye on it and bring it back if it happens again. This wonderful company charged me $0 vs the dealership charging me $130 for a missed diagnosis. All of the conversations I had with them both over the phone and in person made me trust there abilities to trouble shoot problems, fix vehicles properly and communicate in a professional way like they are treating you as if you were family. I hope I don't have any further transmission problems with my Tundra, if I do though Transmission Masters will be the ones to earn my business. This place scammed my 76 year old father by selling him a battery they didn't install. My father…read moretook my mom's 2019 expedition in for an oil change and asked them to replace the battery also. The battery was fine but was the original from the factory. They were about to take a long roadtrip to see friends so he wanted to avert any unnecessary emergencies on the road. Six months after they supposedly installed a new battery, the battery died. When my dad took a look at the battery, it was the same Ford OEM battery that came with the expedition when they bought it new, not the replacement this place sold him. When he took it back they gave him some BS story to explain what happened. They did finally install the battery he bought 6 months prior. If they will pull this scam on an old man, they have no moral compass and I would advise all to stay away.
