Love this place. The coaches and the community are just the support you need. Lots of space, welcoming, and clean.

I went in for a class trial and had a really good experience. I was a little nervous because group…read morefitness can get intimidating fast when you are new and trying not to look confused in the first ten minutes, but the setup made it easier than I expected. I liked not having to invent my own workout on the spot, and it felt energetic and challenging without being unwelcoming. Worth trying if structure helps you more than freedom does.

If your familiar with OTF, this studio stands along side the best of the best. The various coaches…read moreare energetic, funny, super friendly, and on time with their cues. They notice members who are going all in, and are accommodating to those taking a "green" day and taking it lightly. Their social media presence is worth the follow because of their consistency supporting of this business, location, team, coaches and members of course. They are constantly doing fun things to engage with everyone that attends their classes. My advice to anyone not familiar with Orange Theory is to try a class, for the sake of group motivation, coach led, non-repetitive classes that will have you walking/running more efficiently, lifting heavier and rowing like a boss. The coaches are there to help you work out and get more out of life, so if your uncertain about rowing, lifting, running, jogging, form, rest days, unlimited memberships and anything in between - ask one of the sales associates or coaches.

I absolutely love this Y. It is the Taj Mahal of all YMCA's in my opinion. They offer a wide…read morevariety of adult and children classes, a beautiful swimming pool and the best running track I have seen in comparison to the many others. I really appreciate the fact that in the swimming pool area include numerous places for adults to sit while the kids have classes or just participate in free swim. When I went to Puyallup last Sunday, I could barely believe there are virtually no places to sit, so thank you for making the pool area user friendly and the, 'You are welcome type feel.' Very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Fantastic instructors who are fun, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Love the location! The only reason why I am giving this establishment 4 stars versus 5 is that they do not offer even one time slot for evening pickleball. There are many people who just cannot be at the Y in the early morning or afternoon, which is very unfortunate for them.

NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN ANYMORE!!! This has gotten out of control! Women should not be bringing…read moreboys into the adult side of the women's locker room who are 5 or older. It's gotten to the point that 5, 8 and 10 year old boys will come into the women's side of the locker room and just stare at women and the parent or the staff are doing nothing about it. I have been writing comments and asking the staff to enforce the rules for over a year now and none of them will. My 12 and 14 year old girls aren't even comfortable going into the women's locker room anymore. They shouldn't even let 5 and under in the women's locker room. There is a kids side and it sold be 2 and under for boys. They even have a family room but they ignore it and use the women's locker room. If they are going to bring the kids in they need to follow the rules and use the kids side not the adult side. The signage is not clear enough or people don't bother even reading the signs. I tried to inform a mom today that there was a kids side and ask her to take her boy to the other side but that feels wrong also because that's where the little girls are. I was verbally attacked and was getting yelled at by the woman for asking her to please take her boy to the kids side. She's yelling and me and crying and the I get ganged up by 3-4 other women even though she's the one yelling and swearing at me. Staff did nothing about it!! The lifeguards ignore the boys waking into the women's locker room who are clearly older than 5 as well. It's not a safe place for females anymore and it's only getting worse.
