I don't get in there as often as I would or should. BUT don't let that stop YOU!! The coaches, the staff, the whole vibe and environment will encourage you and KICK YOUR BUTT!! But the sense of accomplishment feels so good afterwards. It's done in a group setting, where it's dark, loud, but the coaches are louder ... and they show you several ways to complete the reps depending on your level of fitness. There's tons I can say about the individual coaches, and sadly, some of them come and go but it seems that with new talents and recruits they still maintain a family vibe! So if you're looking for something different than a typical gym, looking for coaches or nutritionists to hold you accountable and offer tons of support and encouragement, then THIS is YOUR place. They have fun events, challenges, and outings if you're looking to add these adventures to your life. If you're looking for lifestyle change then, EAT THE FROG... I dare you!

The person in there that was helping was really rude and provided customer poor customer service. The male, was mistaking as someone else, he said "that asking for quarters yesterday, is not going to help you". Acting like I am poor. First off that was my first ever checking and being inside the gym. That did not sit well with me. Honestly, I would much rather go to a LA or 24, or even Planet Fitness lol. I would not recommend this place if you're looking to get a passion for working out.

I've had three personal trainers for different programs that was interested in and I found Kelly Smith to be particularly helpful in dealing with some issues I had with sciatica.. she emphasized how you can develop strength and mobility, making my workout time more efficient. Her glutes and sciatica training were extremely helpful and I have not seen those exercises in any online videos.

The Buffalo is the perfect combo of functional fitness, weight-lifting and a little CrossFit thrown in! The community is very welcoming and family friendly and I love how you see every body type and age here! They have great, new equipment, a long turf area and a designated weight machine section. This place is huge!! Also, if you have kids, they have free daycare for certain classes so you don't have to worry about it. I've been a member here for a little over a year and love it here. The coaches are supportive and care about you reaching your goals. Try it out!!

I like it here. :)…read more The studio is bright, and clean, and airy. Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. They offer 3 different kinds of classes: Signature 60, Signature 45, and Strength 45. Signature classes are high energy full body work-outs that get your heart pumping, and include isometric holds for strength conditioning in either 45 or 60 minute versions. I'm currently obsessed with their Strength classes which are 45 minutes and are still a full-body workout, but of slower movements, using heavier weights and resistance bands. I can actually feel myself getting stronger, and I only come in once a week! I do wish they had more Strength class options during the week. Newcomers can try their first class for free! Then there are various membership options to suit your need. Since I come in once a week, I opt for their 10 class pass option, which you have several months to use. I like not having a monthly membership hanging over me. This way I get the full benefit of what I purchase. The studio is also two doors down from a Starbucks for that post workout coffee break!
