Fast quality service with a smile. Thanks Antonio and the Summitt Repographics gang!

I'm between printers and needed to print out a couple documents including a resume for an interview I had in the morning. Unfortunately I forgot to run to FedEx Print and Ship before they closed, so ended up calling other printing shops on Yelp at 9:30pm. I asked how much the cost would be for about 5 pages and the person on the phone said they could just print them for free. They ended up saving my butt before my interview. The office is located in a building servicing attorneys and bankers and I guess they usually do large jobs like printing trial binders and such. I didn't actually see the office itself but the building lobby is massive and beautiful. Security had me wait down there and someone named Carlo, I believe, came down and handed me the requested documents in a manila envelope. It was a genuine act of kindness. Thanks! read more

Had a last minute "order" for 2 sheets of 8.5" 11" paper, double sided, for very small font. They did the job free of charge and helped me out over the phone from 3-5am!! It wasn't perfect (but the font I chose was extremely small, not really their fault) but they even gave two large pieces of paper with the pages printed on it for me just in case I wanted to be able to read the smaller font. All in all, great service. read more

I NEVER feel compelled to write Yelp reviews so let me start off with saying that the Summitt team has done that :) I have used them a couple times and both times they are quick and easy to communicate with and are genuinely happy to help you. They are always cheerful. ALSO they deliver if you are nearby for no charge. Customer service top notch and I've been very happy with their work. Highly recommend!! read more

These guys are amazing- seriously fantastic. I needed to get some quick Printing done- I called ahead and emailed them my materials. They immediately printed it out and had it ready for me downstairs for a quick pick up! read more

Customer service that rivals--dare I say--Disney! If you ever need any last minute prints for your business or even for personal matters, I would definitely recommend coming here! Both Craig and Michelle were super helpful in helping me get a quote (they gave us a special pricing that saved us nearly $100 compared to FedEx!!) and scheduling a super late and last minute print for my company (they offer same day rush and to top it off, finished the job in about an hour!!). They were also very accommodating as they offered to bring our prints down to our car! I cannot say this enough but thank you for all your help despite us calling and emailing you nonstop to finalize details! Thank you for making my job a little easier! We will definitely be returning for your services and will definitely let others know about the superb customer service you offer! read more

I had a very important meeting with a planning department in Northern California. Working well into the night, my normal printer, Universal Reprographics, was closed. I gave Summitt a try. Customer service was good; the gentleman over the phone was cordial and hand delivered the drawings to my car. However, the prints were sub-par, and not acceptable at the planning counter, seemingly a case of uncalibrated printer heads, and cheap toner. Coincidentally, when there was an issue with my card, the owner Craig accused me of trying to "stiff him" "How sad that you are unable to pay 38.00 and go around stiffing companies Quite pathetic" he said in an email. This is not the place to go for large format, architectural and engineering prints first off. Secondly, what an immature and unprofessional response to a customer who simply hadn't transferred money into a debit account that day. //UPDATE// NEW EMAIL FROM OWNER: The fact is you provided us a bad card and your pathetic loser there was nothing with our machine and we printed numerous prints the next day so why don't you send me the receipt from the other place that you supposedly took the prints too. You would not have known that the prints were bad when you gave us a credit card so you are a total loser that can't even afford $38. Have a good day Are you kidding me? read more

ROCKSTARS - i wish i were a billionaire and could just give everyone that works here giant tips because they are super-do'ers. Tonight I called w/big last minute job and they did it quickly and with a pleasant attitude. They brought down the job to valet. Quality of prints was perfect too. Sergio and Craig, THANK YOU! read more

We run seminars for attorneys and executives so our printed materials -- from course materials to posters and more -- have to look great and everything has to be there on time, no matter how much last-minute stuff people come up with. We also need to watch our budget. Craig Sommerstein and the folks at Summitt have treated us like business partners. They are professional, flexible and great to work with. I highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again soon. read more

Saved my butt. I waited till the last minute to get flyers done for a school event. I called them on a Saturday and discovered they were open 24 hours. 7 days a week. (who does that?) And they didn't try to gouge me on the cost. I emailed them my order and went to pick it up. They brought it to my car. It was perfect. I could not have been happier. Thank you so much!!! read more

I have used Craig and his team for many years. Their work has always been perfect. My experience has always been positive. The staff is helpful and very nice too. read more

Awesome service. They were so helpful. Had a last minute trial prep with hundreds of exhibits and they took care of this overnight. Our team did not have to go over every detail as their experience is second to none. Highly recommend this company!!! read more

5 stars! Called at 6:45 am I needed some construction plans printed, Craig printed and walked them downstairs to me so I didn't need to park a block away! Picked them up at 7:30 am, the best part the whole thing is they don't "open" til 8:00 am. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you will return if I need any more. read more

Amazing product, amazing service, quick turnaround! These guys have gotten my a$$ out of a jam more times than I can count -- I wanted to pay them back for their above-and-beyond service by writing this review. They've always been able to do exactly what is necessary even if my directions are a little spotty. I don't know the size of their operation, but wow, delivery and pickup have always been super quick. Great, easy to understand packaging and not a ton of hoops to jump through to get a job done. I wish everyone was like Craig and the folks at Summit. read more

Craig at summit reprographics literally saved the day!!! I highly recommend any production team who needs their last minute decks and production prints to go to them. The 24 hour operation they have there was even faster than anticipated as they were 2 hours ahead of schedule. They work easily with other messenger services and are super nice and accommodating on the phone. He even contacted me as soon as I sent him the print to double check what I needed. I can't thank you guys enough for the amazing job you did. Will definitely be back again!!! read more

They promised high and produced low. I nearly missed an important deadline and the price was high and my prints were marred. I wouldn't recommend their services. read more
