There are two higher up in personnel that seem to want to make life miserable for us. The activities have become close to null and the quarantine standards have made it very hard and lonely.

This is free stuff I'm trying to give away and they don't even answer their phone!!! I would be completely concerned if I had a family member at this place. Take them out immediately. I've called for five days no person no way to leave a message. No way to push zero to get to a nurses station. If you have family here be warned because I'm disgusted. I come from another state where we take care of our elders.

I remember the many times Charles himself would visit with Mom or take her out in the wheelchair around the neighborhood to enjoy some sunlight and air.
