I like that they do their own imaging, too, which saves a lot of time. The physical therapists are really hit and miss. Some of them are really good and some of them are clearly just going through the motions. It is really hard to schedule with the therapists you want (and they don't tell you when you're first scheduling that you'll have a different person each time.) They send you exercises to do at home, and will eventually update them if you ask. For me a lot of them were not really helpful. Some days it is very quiet and some days they are so busy that they're just running between patients. I would recommend asking for Madison or Jessie when scheduling, they are both really good.

I pointed out that series will clip the coccyx and I made an appointment for tailbone not lower lumbar. I was taken back up front and began recording the audio immediately. I was told word for word we don't do tailbone and you will not be seen today actually. Still recording I requested the Supervisor... Enter Juan ... who parroted me, mocked me, laughed and then ultimately said word for word (yep still recording) it is the PAs fault and her call entirely... at which point I asked if she was a representative of CORE or not again mocking me saying she is an employee bot a representative. Bottom line I wasnt seen at all and sent off after collecting pay. This to that.... all of my fellow GPS RNs LPNs Chiro buddies etc do not send to CORE... send to TOCA or ANYWHERE but CORE.

I've received multiple injections from them, and they've been extremely effective in managing my pain. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want to help improve quality of life, which I really appreciate. When you go into the office, the staff is friendly. One area that could really be improved is the coordination around prescription medications. My prescription is an injection that must be administered by a provider, and I've been trying to get this sorted out since January (it's now April). I've had to follow up multiple times and haven't received much communication in return. My pharmacy eventually closed out the prescription because they were unable to reach the office to coordinate shipping. I had also informed the office several times that I was due for my injection on the 26th (I receive it every three months), and I'm now several days overdue, with the prescription still not shipped from the specialty pharmacy. Improving communication and coordination with the pharmacy would make a big difference in the overall patient experience and help ensure treatments stay on schedule. I chose this office because of the quality of the doctors and the convenience of the location, and I truly hope this is an area that can be addressed. The care from the providers is outstanding, and with a more streamlined process on the administrative side, this would be an exceptional experience all around.

Idiot doctor asked me the same questions upon every visit while he held his tablet right in front of him with the very answers from the previous visits. He would ask me what I thought we should try next!!! You are the doctor aren't you? Apparently not. My pain has gotten so much worse since visiting this place 7 or 8 times I am seriously contemplating suicide. Also considering a million dollar malpractice lawsuit.
