MORGAN HAD AN OFFER ON MY CONDO IN 10 DAYS (and the condo…read morewas a piece of work! you should see the before/after pictures from Morgan's staging) I'm beyond impressed with Morgan. I went through a terrible experience with a previous realtor and after 4 months my property didn't have 1 offer so I took it off the market. Many months later, I searched Google and found Morgan after reading a review on here (Yelp) and browsing her website. After reviewing her "buyer/seller guide" (which I highly recommend you ask her for), it literally answered every question I had as a seller. And in my case, I started to question after living in 4 states and working with countless realtors, why this was my first time seeing such a guide? It speaks to Morgan's ability to truly understand her market and clients. I went from no sell after 4 months to hiring Morgan and had an offer in 10 DAYS!!! You can't get any better than that. What I love about Morgan is that she's a straight-shooter. She won't B.S. you and she delivers. She also pays attention to details. I lived out of state from my property so she did all of the legwork for me. My condo needed some work with painting, staging (which I HIGHLY recommend her staging services), and minor maintenance. Her pricing was reasonable, she got it done in a timely manner, and she found ways to save (to the point that she went and actually swapped an item purchased for a less expensive one). She has a great eye for design, and most importantly, she's trustworthy. I can't recommend this woman enough. No shade to male realtors, but my experience personally has been that woman realtors pay more attention to details. I gave Morgan my timeline and budget and she completely exceeded my expectations. I don't even think this review does her justice as I'm beyond thankful for her services. She's phenomenal. If you're in search of a realtor or have a realtor already but you have a hunch they aren't meeting your needs, before you sign any papers, I'd make the switch or at minimum hear what she has to say. You won't regret it. I only wish I'd known of her the first time around.

My wife was on the account as her POA and handled all her financial transactions. My MIL died 2.5 years ago. MY wife went in the very next day and advised them. She was immediately removed from the account, which still had funds in it, which is acceptable based on the law. My wife notified all the entities where her mother received benefits and pensions from, and they closed the accounts. HOWEVER, when US Bank was requested to close the bank account they required a death certificate (understandable) which was provided at the local branch. My wife was referred to US Bank's unit that handles deceased customers. My wife spoke to them and provided them, via fax, a copy of the death certificate as well. For over 2.5 years we continue, up until this day, receiving mail from US Bank in my MIL's name informing of the continued status of the account and US Bank changes to their protocol regarding THE ACCOUNT! She has provided them with a copy of the death certificate several times during this time period.
