The owner, Brady is easily one of the WORST communicators…read moreyou'll ever work with and the only thing you can rely on him for is to waste your time and lower your credit. He had me waiting to see if I was approved for a mortgage loan for almost a month ... and he still wouldn't return my phone calls or emails, or let me know if I was approved for the loan or not. Do yourself a favor and go with a national mortgage company like Better Mortgage. They had an answer for me the same day I applied and they were unbelievably professional and helpful.

We had a great 30-year rate already, but we wanted to take advantage of the low rates. I called and checked online with 7 different mortgage companies and I'm so thankful we chose First Class Mortgage. Not only did they offer the best rate and lowest closing costs of the other companies, but they offered assurance that if the loan process took longer than expected (which is common with the low interest rates right now), they would take care of it and we wouldn't have to pay extra to continue locking in the rate. This was something none of the other companies were willing to do. Thankfully, their team processed our loan as quickly as possible. They made the process so very simple; we were able to do everything except the closing (which was also perfect) in person. They were clear about everything from the beginning and answered every question we had. They communicated with us every step of the way so that there were no surprises. To top it all off, despite telling us our rate would be locked in and couldn't be reduced, their team was able to get our rate down from 2.375% to 2.25%! WOW! Thanks to them, we are paying almost the same monthly amount...but will pay it off 7 years earlier! We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done. Thank you to Brady, Lisa, Nate, and Austin for a FIRST CLASS experience in every possible way. We are very excited about the money we'll save over the next 15 years. :)

This location is a little more off the beaten path than some of the others I have gone to, but still easy enough to get in and out. I'm not a big fan of the big banks "banksters" so a credit union is a good alternative to those. I like to know the places I'm doing business with and Spire Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative founded as the Twin City Co-ops Credit Union in 1934. Spire is headquartered in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, over near the Minnesota State fairgrounds. Okay, enough of the preachiness about banks! I have had checking, savings and loans through SPIRE and have recommended them for car loans to friends and family. Their rates are good and were always lower than the alternatives I looked at - especially through the manufacturers. TIP: Check on their interest rates if you're looking to finance a vehicle.

I sent a complaint to the better business bureau and spire bank had the adasety to address me a letter calling me "Mrs. Brown" and said that my grandma was not taken advantage of. And also never followed up with the vehicle. It's now been over a year.
