On the phone, it took me minutes to talk to a person who solved my problem, while my wife waited on hold with TCF/Huntington Bank. I did not start online banking until ~ 2022, but utilized it for tracking expenses and formulating budgets; unfortunately these features disappeared when Spire Online became BLAZE Online. There is no logic to a situation where a much larger entity (Spire) allows a smaller group (Hi-Way) to join them, but then the MAJORITY of members (i.e. Spire's) MUST CHANGE account nomenclature and Online services.
