I saw this crew clearing moss off of my neighbor's steep roof and then cleaning his gutters. I snagged a bid and hired them on the spot. They had another job nearby on the South Hill, but said they could return in 3 hours. That gave me time to check the L&I website and their reviews. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and customers seem very pleased with their services. They returned right on time. Jeremy owns the company and is a perfectionist. He had a crew of 3 men . . . all polite, personable, courteous, with a good sense of humor. They take safety seriously . . . they were careful and secured the ladder for each other (and for me). I am a retired woman. One of my neighbors reprimanded me for climbing up on my roof, but these guys took it in stride and looked out for my safety as if I were part of the team. They protected my plants, laid plenty of tarps over the concrete and were respectful of my property. Their work was flawless and the clean-up was just as meticulous. They power washed the house, my deck, and the portion of the fence that received "splatter" as well as the driveway, sidewalk, and front steps. They even power washed around the curb. (Honestly, my only concern is that they may raise my neighbors expectations, because when they left, everything looked better than when they arrived.) Would I hire them again? Absolutely.
