They offered attentive service, great interest rates on checking (5% - yowers) and a nice clean branch office here in the only Waunakee in the World. When I had CDs that were maturing, a banker would contact me about specials they were offering that I could roll the maturing funds into. The first change I noticed was that I no longer got the head's up when CD were maturing. They just got rolled into a standard low interest CD. Then the lobby hours started to get cut back. Now you can only meet with a banker by appointment. The drive-in is only open on weekday afternoons and the on-line banking service is difficult to navigate. I know that banking is become more automated and less personable, but there are better options available in Waunakee.

Stopped in because my kids had abused their iPads and had charged $800 in the Apple store resulting in overdraft charges. Brought paperwork from Apple saying they were going to reimburse me and asked if they could please not charge the $250 in charges. I was given the runaround told the manager was not there, and someone would contact me. While there she Asked me if my account was still a corporation account. I truthfully had no idea since when I had set up this account 11 years ago I was married and we did it together. I went into the bank to talk to them and instead of helping me they ended up freezing my account not reimbursing any of the charges and telling me they would need to close my account unless I can prove I was still a corporation. I know this sounds like a personal problem but how I was treated was unbelievable. I was so angry I told him I just wanted to close my business account, the bank assistant manager then said what about your child support Incredibly snotty. My child support is actually out of my other account which had nothing to do with this account. I believe it was a personal dig from the assistant manager. I honestly wish I had an audio recording of our whole conversation. I can't believe somebody like this is in customer service and has a job. She did absolutely nothing to try to keep my business and said it was like she was trying to lose it. I would absolutely never recommend this location. I left shaking and extremely upset.

Was told…read moreby the woman who answered the phone that she didn't know of a CD having been offered at the advertised rate, checked her computer for current rates which were the same at branches which did not offer this special (windsor and appleton only) which I had already checked. I read the ad to her and she said the current rate was a number substantially less. Very condescending about me having legitimate information. I was simply checking to see if rate was still valid only a few days later after the ad appeared. She gaslit me and told me rate had never been available. So, was she uninformed or was the ad just bait.....either way seems like a bad place to do business
