So unfortunately I had to change my revi.. I originally posted that this place was great until I found out they sold My daughter a bug infested vehicle. And to top everything off they had to know that it was infested because they sent someone out to treat it!

They were amazing truly . Mr .Clevon and Mr. Elvis they made sure i got what i wanted and was happy with what i had they were very determined just like i was which ended in me walking out with my car they did great honestly and truly everyone was helpful i would recommend ever to them when i get my next car thats where ill be‼‼‼

What s really nice group of folks to work with! Theresa went above and beyond to help our US Soldier get his plates so he could take it to his new base and Wes is a super and professional salesman!!! We buy many many cars and I would gladly return, AND want Wes to be my salesman!!

My car was in a really bad accident and was deemed a total loss. I previously bought 3 other cars from ford, so I called them right up. Grant (sales) and Theresa (manager) without hesitation we're more than helpful and very very understanding to my situation. When I got there Grant was a little busy so he had Amber help me who was wonderful as well we sat and talked about a lot of different options and ways to make things affordable. Needless to say they had me in a car the day after the accident which was amazing and I can't thank them enough they are a pretty amazing team of people and that's why I choose to always go back to Ford! Thank you sooo much Theresa, Amber, and Grant!

This time was because I hit a curb and blew out my tire, but even then the service was incredible. They're efficient and organized--even when I showed up 10 minutes before opening, there were already about 20 people in line, and I still had my tire replaced, rotated, and ready to go in just one hour. I didn't have an appointment this time either, but they were still super friendly and helpful. They've definitely earned my business, and I'll recommend them to anyone.

We choose Gerald's as we trust them. We dropped it off at night, so they could diagnose the issue. They called us and said after inspection it was a tire issue. We went ahead with the service as they recommended it. When they called us to pick it up, I asked if they were able to confirm if the issue was resolved. If not, we could have it further diagonsed and resolve the issue. They told me they do not drive the cars after installing tires. Odd as how would they be able to confirm if the issue was resolved? Continuing to trust them, we picked it up and our car. Unfortunately for us, we have two new tires and a car that still shakes.

What was once a great shop, has gone down hill - PLEASE READ…read more... I was a long time loyal customer, and Pat took advantage of me & lied to me.... I brought my car into Pat's to have some work done on it, including an examination of the cooling system which had been working perfectly, but I was just curious if it needed some maintenance. Previously, my cars operating temperature had never waivered even once. And for my job I spend a lot of time idling for long durations; not even in the summer did I have heating issues. Two hours after getting my car back from Pat's the temperature gauge spiked to the max, and my head gasket blew shortly after. I told Pat I would not expect him to replace the head gasket (a $2500 job), but I asked that he would at least refund me the $700 I spent for the services I had done. This felt fair as there was no way to prove the ultimate cause, but the timing was all to coincidental. Pat understood and said he would send a check out that day. The check never came, Pat ignored two voicemails from me following up. I cent a certified letter to his shop, which USPS returned to me saying they tried on 3 separate occasions to get a signature, but that none could be obtained. Pat damaged my car, cost me thousands of dollars, and just as bad lied to me. I had a great relationship with his shop and referred numerous customers to him over the years. So if he did it to me, don't think he wont do it to you. On a closing note, a few months before my incident, other friends I had referred to Pat's in the past took their cars there and both had terrible experience, which they attributed to Pat's new staff. Still, I wasn't deterred from taking my car to Pats. I should have listened to them. Please do not make the same mistake I made of thinking that you have taken your car there for years, it wont happen to you. Well, it will. If not now, sometime in the future.

However, after recently moving to Summerville and recently keeping cars past their warranty, we were on the lookout for a local mechanic. We saw many positive reviews on Morrison and also on the phone they were extremely polite. Recently took the Volvo in for a brake line flush for preventative maintenance plus it was braking kinda funny, they took care of us and had us in and out around lunchtime. Clean shop, friendly folks, and prices were very reasonable. Taking the kid's BRZ in this week for some preventative maintenance and confident they'll take just as good care of us then as they did in the past. Overall, Kenny and Laura are great folks with a great attitude.

Both times my vehicle was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner which I truly appreciated. The owner is very approachable and helpful. Today my driver's window became stuck in a "down" position after I ordered my morning Latte and I could not get it to roll up. It was cold and drizzling outside, and I went to Morrison to ask for help. The owner, I think his name is Kenny came out and helped roll it up! He offered to get me a price quote on a new window switch and contact me in a couple of days with a quote. I am so thankful that Morris Nissan was able to help me and is available to assist with my vehicle needs.

I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make informed decisions…read more I originally brought my vehicle to Meineke for a suspension issue. I was told I needed a compressor, alternator, and battery, and the total cost for that repair was over $4,000. After that work was completed, I was informed that my vehicle still had a suspension leak and that additional repairs were "urgent" and should be completed within six months. The estimate for the next round of repairs was over $9,000 for parts alone. Because of the seriousness of the recommendation, my husband and I purchased aftermarket parts totaling about $4,300. During this time, communication from the shop became inconsistent. It took repeated follow‑ups to get updates, and at one point, I was told simply to "bring the car in" when I asked for a labor quote. Throughout the process, I also received multiple requests to leave a review before all the work was completed. Before moving forward, we decided to get a second opinion. Gerald's inspected my car and informed us that NONE of the air springs OR shock assemblies were damaged. According to our second opinion, the ONLY issue was a single front ball joint. They completed the repair, including parts, labor, and alignment for $400.52 (in one day)!!! This was a SIGNIFICANT difference from what I had previously been told, and I now have several thousand dollars' worth of parts I CANNOT return. Based on my experience, I personally WILL NOT be returning to Meineke for future service. On a positive note, Gerald's provided clear communication, an accurate diagnosis, and fair pricing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR SUSPENSION WORK!
