Followed by concrete, stone columns, and fence. Even with rain delays, we still had "Pool School" with Terry on the third week of May, and we were able to use the pool Labor Day weekend. We purchased a 34' Riviera Pool in Crystal Blue, with a matching Sorrento Spa. We added on a salt filtration system and a heater for the pool because I want to be able to enjoy it on those warm days during the shoulder season. Tim was honest with me up front that it may be a few months before the pool came in, but if it was early, they could install earlier than anticipated, weather depending. Our pool arrived in December, about three months ahead of the estimated time. We began the install immediately. Tim and Terry came and laid everything out, and Zack dug. Within a day, the pool was in the ground! As the year began, the work began in earnest. There were a couple of weather delays, but it is the first week of March and our pool is waiting for the weather to warm up a little before opening it. Tim and Van communicated with me every step of the way. The contractors have all been friendly and even made sure to pet the dogs when I had them out walking. It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us. We have ordered a custom safety cover with installation requirements for the permanent anchors and never had an issue with the quality of their work. I have replaced the liner in my in ground pool through this company and they installed it and there happened to be a manufacturing flaw (not B&G's error). They did all of the negotiating with the manufacturer and performed the removal and reinstallation with the utmost professionalism addressing details that surfaced along the way to be sure that any structural maintenance was addressed while the liner was absent. These people make going to the store to get your regular supplies something to look forward to rather than just an extra chore. Every employee that I've had contact with is knowledgeable and able to explain the product lines and how and why your chemicals work (if you want to know.)
