He recommended I contact a plumber because some have a tool specifically for finding septic tanks. I contacted a few local plumbers but none were equipped to find it. After calling around, I was recommended to Poole's plumbing and was told they were equipped for the job. I called and they were available the next day. Lamar arrived at the schedule time and was able to tell me a lot about my drain lines in my new house as well as the location on the tank. He recommended a local septic company and I told him they're the ones who recommended Poole's Plumbing.

This house had been empty for over a year so the water had a smell. They told me not to drink it or put it on my skin! They took samples to send to their lab. My REALTOR took one look at all this and saw 3 pressure tanks under the house, the kitchen faucet was rusted and clogged, new faucet fixed that "pressure" problem. He then shocked the well himself and water was now fine. And to add insult to injury, they charge a hundred dollars just to come out!! You guessed it...all for nothing! Of course I never did get results for their stupid water test. Disgusting!

This company should be ashamed of how they operate. Let me be absolutely clear: the ONLY reason…read morethis job got done at all was because of Noland. He was professional, respectful, and worked hard every time he walked through my door. Unfortunately, his boss clearly values cramming the schedule full over actually finishing a job properly. Day one, Noland arrived late. Not because of him, but because he was being pushed from one job to the next. Day two was cut short, again through no fault of his, but because his boss kept calling and rushing him to leave for the "next call." By the time Saturday arrived, the job still wasn't finished. Noland showed up early and brought a partner to help... but that "help" consisted of making a mess and then walking out, leaving Noland to clean it up AND finish the work alone. Now here's the insult that proves this company has zero integrity: I was charged weekend labor for a job that THEY dragged into the weekend. A job that began on a Thursday, with roughly an hour and a half of work on both Thursday and Friday, magically turned into a "weekend service." Noland spent about three hours on Saturday -- not just finishing what should have been completed during the week, but fixing and cleaning up the disaster left by his partner. Then I get billed extra for their mismanagement? Absolutely unacceptable. Noland deserves praise. The company deserves a warning label. Stop pushing employees to rush through jobs, stop leaving work unfinished, and stop charging customers weekend rates for problems CAUSED by your scheduling choices. It's bad business, it's dishonest, and it needs to change.

We had been so stressed out, thinking that we had micro cracks in our water pipes due to this year's cold weather, and thought that was why we had low water pressure. We also had a very badly leaking kitchen faucet, and clogged bathroom sinks. The gentleman came out and for the fee that was expected by the insurance, plus just a small amount for a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet, he fixed everything perfectly. Then he gave me the pleasant surprise that there was nothing wrong with our pipes, we just had dirt that had backed up into the fixtures of the bathroom sinks because of work that was done earlier that year outside. He cleaned out the junk and the faucets ran perfectly. He then snaked two of the sinks, and did a third one for free just because it was in the same bathroom. He was extremely professional, and went to Home Depot to get a cartridge because it would be a better price for us. I would use them again for sure.
