Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and she took every detail I gave her to make it how I wanted. We did not have a ton of florals but we had candles on our tables and we received compliments all night of how elegant everything looked.
