The police came to facilitate. Brian offered to remove the wiring so I could take my chandelier without the expensive unauthorized wiring . Ann prevented him from moving forward with this simple solution. She badgered me. She denied yelling while she was yelling. She was sly, lied, and got close to my face. It was all very shocking. I audio recorded her tirade that is part of my complaint being filed with Better Business Bureau. Such a shame.
