Multiple management tranistions, locked out for missing the $9 up charge for the new year, charging insurance with proof of ou own insurance and so on. Noone answers the phones or returns messages. The latest was letting uncashed checks pile up at the office becasue the checks were aent to the previous address without any notification. Canceling our unit as soosn possible. There are more reliable storage units in town. ​

First you order your box (which in my son's case was 2 large boxes). Basically they are massive wooden crates on wheels. They then deliver them to your dorm/apartment and you pack at your convenience. My son packed in between finals for a couple days. Then they come and take the crates at your designated appointment time/day. They have multiple options, but in our case, we needed them stored over the summer and brought back to his new dorm starting the school year in August. It was nice for him to not really have to seal everything in small boxes and pad things...you can use boxes to organize, but you can just put your stuff straight in...and the best part is that there is a clothes rod built inside that you can simply transfer your clothes on hangers straight in. Later they sent bill of 1300. After that trying everything and showing them the emails etc. didn't work and basically your items are hostage. We ended up paying to free our stuff. There are other movers but none that are that expensive. If you are doing standard items then you can judge the price, but something that doesn't fit in the normal description will be marked up by a lot and they won't tell you when they pack it. Only later when they have it stored they will tell you.

Pick up and drop off service is on time. If there is ever a change, they call well in advance. They even have rush services available if you need them sooner than your scheduled delivery day. Their prices are competitive with other dry cleaners in town... they are exceptional when you consider they will pick up and deliver to your door. They do have limits on their service area, but they make sense. They have to be able to access your front door, so no big apartment buildings. They are also not coming on campus due to the excessive traffic, both vehicle and pedestrian. Aside from that, they are arguably the best in town. I use them weekly for uniform cleaning and am unlikely to change any time soon.

Was willing to give them money, but they were unwilling to waver based in the fact that the driver cannot deliver to a 2nd floor apartment.
