If you are doing standard items then you can judge the price, but something that doesn't fit in the normal description will be marked up by a lot and they won't tell you when they pack it. Only later when they have it stored they will tell you.

It was overloaded because the scheduler had them pickup boxes at another client also making them late for our appointment. The broken pieces were shown to the movers along with the broken O-ring that they destroyed. We filed a claim and sought an estimate from the manufacturer. Before the estimate was completed the mover declined the saying they did not know the bed worked before!!!!! Think about that before you have they move your stuff. Would they know if you large screen tv worked before moving? Total cost fir this repair is less than $300.

Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. I've had several good experiences with Two Guys but have been disappointed by my recent move with them. It was a two-day move: packing and loading on the first day and loading and delivering on the second day. They failed to tell me they were going to drop off a load at the new house on the second day before coming to the old house to finish loading and delivering, so they were at the new house with a truckful and no way to get in while I was waiting for them at the old house. That threw off the rest of the day. But worse, as I unpack wardrobe boxes now, I see that - despite my specific request at the outset that they NOT put extra items in the bottoms of the wardrobes - that's exactly what they did: crammed all kinds of unrelated stuff in the bottoms. Difficult to fish out, everything is wrinkled and disheveled, and I'm in chaos trying to sort it. I had booked this move two months in advance and planned down to the last detail, but I guess poor service wins in the end.

I almost fell off the chair laughing so hard. Jason did a bait and switch and said he meant per man per hour at $190 for 5 guys....he charges more than any other movers I know. Oh by the way he challenged me and said if I can get him a competitive bid for the same move and not someone on Craig's list, he will discount. Well guess what, I found 4 and he still didn't honor his word. How can someone who says they're helping basically raped them in prices!! It's disgusting and so unprofessional.
