Her responsiveness was incredible--if I needed something, she was there, and when I told her the type of services I was looking for, she would come back the next week with three vendor quotes, fully detailed with pricing and options. She seamlessly handled all communication with the venue and vendors, which took an immense load off my plate. Grace had a massive, meticulously organized spreadsheet that tracked every single task associated with the wedding, and she stayed on top of me to ensure I was on schedule for invitations, dress fittings, and choosing my bridal party. On the day of the wedding, Grace went above and beyond, even stopping by my house to pick up last-minute items and setting them up herself at the venue. She was truly wonderful and took so much stress out of the day. I can confidently say I would not have been able to pull off such an amazing wedding without her. You just proved my point about your business Marshall .. unprofessional, needs work, and needs to stick to charging everything when it needs to be charged, not let us pay the invoice in full and then charge added charges weeks later. A coworker of mine just spoke to me regarding her wedding at Krug and low and behold, she's not happy with your services either, you were not transparent about the time/events taking place the day of her wedding and you gave her samantha which she said is inexperienced as well. It won't be me having the only problem with your company and others have huge issues with your company .. But how you went about everything like saying my budget/finances on an online platform without my consent and taking our deposit and applying it somewhere without our consent is poor form and illegal ... very unprofessional and not good if you work in our business.

She's kind, caring and an ally during our planning process. She's quick to respond to all communications, reassured us when we had concerns, understood our budget, and did a fantastic job anticipating our needs. After 9 months of working with Marissa, there was an unexpected turn of events caused by some turnover/changes in roles. We were informed that our day-of coordinator was now Paige Hough. Although Marissa was still our main point of contact, we now had to shift our trust to another individual who was to execute our wedding day wishes, which was unnerving. Most of our planning including vendors and major details had been taken care of in collaboration with Marissa, so we were flexible with our transition to a different coordinator/director of operations (Paige), even though it was not our preference. This is all not to say that our wedding was not amazing, but it was something that we did not anticipate and did cause added stress. Marissa continued to support us during the transition and made us feel comfortable with the changes; without her we would not have been as confident. We really wish we could have seen everything through with our original coordinator, Marissa, as she spent months helping us and investing her time with us, but it did not work out that way. Again, our day turned out to be wonderful with the assistance of friends, family, & all staff (milestone, Paige, and other) but we feel that since we had such a close working relationship with Marissa, there would be no cons listed below if we continued to work with her: Pros: -One stop shop for everything with flexibility in regard to vendors. -Things went smoothly as structured in our wedding timeline; no major hiccups or issues that we noticed. We had the assistance of the DJ, who is our good friend (DJ Willie G), who was additional help with coordination in terms of timeline and other details. Not sure if the day would have been different without him but we saw/know that he was one of our greatest allies on the day. -Catering: Food from Girl and the Fig (buffet style) was fantastic, and staff were attentive. Would recommend this caterer to anyone else. We had comments from many people saying "this was the best food ever!" -Rehearsal: We had an issue with a promotion offered to us initially, likely due to staff turnover in Milestone Estate Kitchen (MEK). Rehearsal was to be part of the Girl and the Fig catering package but some issues with booking occurred, and it was missed. MEK, specifically Dan, made everything right & it turned out great. We loved our alternative solution, and appreciate Dan and MEK for working with us to resolve the issue. We believe that if this was to occur with any other coordination service, this would not have been resolved in such a way. We appreciate Milestone, its staff, and Dan for helping us with this. Cons: -Potential for turnover and change in staffing which can add stress and be a detriment to overall continuity. -There was some miscommunication between the venue and milestone regarding where we could store our decor list items when we came for rehearsal. Instead of a private, indoor space as promised, we were told to keep all our delicate florals & decor items outside, overnight. we did not feel this was the fault of our coordinator but the venue, as they booked an event which required use of our promised space the day prior to our wedding, which is when we needed to drop everything off. Fortunately, Paige stepped up and offered solutions to either bring all the florals to Milestones' office and transport them herself the next day, or she return after the event ended and move the delicate items indoors. We really appreciated that she offered a resolution and accommodated us to ensure our items were stored safely. -As we were sent off prior to the end of our wedding, we were made aware by some members of our wedding party that some things weren't packed up as directed in our décor list. Some of the items which we wanted returned did not end up where they were directed to be placed. So, in essence, we are missing some items which we were hoping to keep. -We were made aware that an entire sheet cake wasn't put out and was almost left in the fridge. This was supposed to be served and/or packed up for us to take home. All in all, if we were to do it over again, we would still choose to work with Milestone. Their coordination services and resources were extremely helpful and relieved some of the stress involved with planning a wedding. If you follow their structure and timeline, and utilized their tools and resources, you will be set up for a successful event. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend their services to my friends and family. Thanks for helping us pull off an amazing day which we will remember forever.

We initially considered just eloping to the courthouse. It would be simple, cost-friendly, and likely worry-free. The more we talked, however, we began to realize that we truly wanted a day that was unique, special and a reflection of us. That's when I found the Run Away with Me website. I was impressed with the approachable pricing and simple planning process. Shortly after emailing the staff, I heard back from a coordinator who listened thoughtfully while I described my partner and I - our likes and dislikes. We actually didn't have too many expectations. I don't like pink or yellow, and we wanted something small and simple. In other words, I didn't give the team much to go on. The day of our wedding, I met with the stylist for hair and makeup. She was friendly and did such an incredible job. Meanwhile, the team showed up with the most peaceful aura. The setup was carefully planned and gorgeous. The flowers and cake were spot on. The officiant was well-prepared. I can say that our wedding day was amazing. We had a ceremony that reflected us perfectly. It was not over-the-top, and most importantly, my partner and I did not have months of negotiations with photographers and venues or worries about color palettes keeping us awake at night. Instead, we could spend that time building our relationship and working on our promises to each other. I don't really have words to express how well-prepared, professional and kind the team was. I highly recommend choosing Run Away with Me for planning your wedding or elopement! We are thankful that we did.

Of all the portfolios we looked at (and we looked at MANY), Anne-Claire's was the only one that fit the style and attention to detail we were looking for, and working with her did not disappoint. All of our photos came out STUNNING, and she made absolute magic out of our couple portraits, which had to be taken entirely indoors due to the pouring rain the night of our wedding. She has such a good eye for light and framing, it was hard to narrow down favorites from either shoot because we loved SO MANY of our photos! We also really loved her style of shooting - she knew how to capture all the right moments at exactly the right times, but you otherwise didn't notice her unless necessary (like when shooting our family portraits). Anne-Claire was super responsive over email, very thorough in her shot planning before the wedding, and we'd jump at the chance to work with her again. Absolutely worth the investment for the beauty she captured in this huge milestone of our lives.

Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! We found Brooke by searching for wedding planners that had worked with our venue (Timber Cove Resort) before. Having worked there before, it was a huge plus that she already knew the coordinators and had cultivated relationships with trusted vendors who were familiar with the property. This insider knowledge made our planning process very smooth. We decided to go with the partial planning package, which fit our needs well. Early in the planning process, we'd spend time researching vendors on our own as well as ask Brooke for her recommendations, then reach out to the vendors on both of our lists. We found ourselves choosing her suggestions almost every time. Her industry experience and keen eye for quality vendors became obvious very quickly, yet she never made us feel pressured to go with any particular choice. She simply provided excellent options and let us make the decisions. Throughout the entire process, Brooke was incredibly mindful of our budget. In our very first meeting, she showed us a detailed budget from a previous wedding she did at our venue and walked us through each line item, pointing out areas where we might want to allocate more or less based on our priorities. This level of transparency and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence in her approach. Her communication style was exactly what we needed. We often sent her emails late at night, and Brooke would consistently respond first thing the next morning with clear, comprehensive answers. There was not a single time that she didn't address a concern in one of our emails, even when we sent her massive lists. She was also always proactive about letting us know when she'd be on vacation well in advance, allowing us to plan our questions and timeline accordingly. Brooke's flexibility was another standout quality. While our contract only covered the wedding day itself, we had planned a Welcome Dinner the night before and a Farewell Brunch the day after that we intended to handle ourselves. Unlike other planners we'd heard about from our friends who strictly limit their involvement to contracted days (which is understandable), Brooke was incredibly supportive when questions came up about these additional events. She went above and beyond by helping us order linens from the rental company and create layouts for these extra events. Not to say that future clients should expect this kind of support for non-contracted events by any means, but we were grateful for her willingness to lend a helping hand with the extra details that made our entire wedding weekend cohesive and stress-free. When our wedding day arrived, everything ran flawlessly! Even when we had a last-minute request to move our toasts indoors due to wind and chilly weather, Brooke handled it seamlessly without missing a beat. We can't imagine having planned our wedding without Brooke. Her expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for our vision made what could have been an overwhelming process both enjoyable and successful.     The short summary is that Lauren Hutton is a complete fraud and literally stole $10k of our money…read moreafter only booking one vendor for our wedding. We hired Sydney Camille events for our wedding in June of 2023, and upon signing the contract I heard nothing from the planners and was told I was foolish to think we could book anything (venue, makeup artists, Florists, photographers) until December. We paid for the full package and got zero support in finding a venue. Lauren Hutton knew our budget and showed us the most expensive venue in all of Napa county, which was clearly outside of what we could afford. She kept telling us that she never heard back from venues/vendors but when I reached out to them directly, they were extremely responsive and we were able to set up tours within the next week. Lauren Hutton "terminated" our contract after only two months and after only booking one vendor for us and kept all of our money--which was $10k for the full package!!! She had said on a phone call that she would return some of our money and then sent an email with falsified hours and responded to our emails telling us to "take her to small claims court". My husband and I are the most easy going people in the world, Lauren was clearly out of her depths and literally stole our money and ran. Lauren shortly after "left the business" and we were told by some of her vendors that we aren't the first people she has done this to. BE CAREFUL if you ever work with her, she is a fraud. We found another wedding planner who was AMAZING and had the most delightful experience with her.
