They always do a great job with my clothes. I'm always greeted with a smile, they are professional, prices are fair and they have always been clear about the price or what I will pay upfront. Mr. Huang the owner is so sweet and honest. My jumpsuit got ruined ( not even his fault) when he followed the instructions for cold wash. The black bled on the trim over the entire jumpsuit and turned the cream trim purple. The dye used to manufacture the jumpsuit was garbage!! But he reimbursed me for the jumpsuit and was so sweet to me. He called and reached out to me and apologized. Such a stand up guy and a sweetheart. So they have been a great business through good and unfortunate situations. They have integrity!!! Love them all !! read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Never had a problem with the service. My advice check your clothes before dropping off and picking up. They messed up three pair of my pants that were supposed to be dry cleaned, but instead were washed my pants shrunk and had a hole on the seem. The owner told me it was wear and tear?? I seldom write reviews but I'm really upset. If I could give this cleaners less than one star I would. I took one of my nicer blouses to this place as I've never had any problems until today when I took my blouse back because it had been ripped in two places on the same sleeve and to top it off the person whoever did the blouse fastened the sleeve button and could not have not seen the damage. when I arrived at the cleaners today the owner who had just told another male customer "l fix for you" blamed me for the tear on my sleeve, saying that customer bring clothes that are already damaged in to be cleaned. my response I don't wear torn clothes and I don't have to make up a story or lie about the damage your business did to my clothes. Needless to say he didn't offer to "do for me" as he had just done for another customer and neither did he offer to fix the tears or give me a cleaning credit. then he says well this has almost been a year, my response, what does that have to do with the tears, as I wear my clothes whenever I want to not when you think I should. so my advice to anyone that uses this business CHECK YOUR CLOTHES BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THEM AND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT because it appears they will only make accommodations for certain customer. read more

my husband and I have tried to use this cleaners countless of times and we have been let down every time we have gotten our clothing back. there's always been some damage done on either a shirt or a pair of starch jeans that were returned to us when the damage was found when picking up the cleaners owner did not acknowledge that it was the machines fault or their fault and would not reimburse for damages that were made. do not waste your time here. read more

Recently took my King sized comforter here and when i got it back not only was it very clean, it smelled amazing! usually when i take my comforter to a dry cleaners there's never a scent so i've always wondered if it's actually washed or just spot cleaned. I've used this cleaner often for several years because of the convenient location . In this time they've lost my clothes on 3 separate occasions. Most recently they gave them by accident to another customer. When I went in to retrieve them they insisted I hadn't dropped them off and then reviewed their security footage while I waited to ensure I wasn't a liar about dropping them off?!? When they located them they said they would retrieve them and deliver to my home, but insisted I pay before they even went to get them from the other customer. Stay away unless you want to waste your time while they search for your lost clothing. read more

The prices online and in store are misleading. They're just out to get as much money from you as they can. I went in to get a comforter laundered as online their website said it was $14.99 any size. When I entered the store I noticed the sign said $14.99 for a regular comforter and $17.99 for a "thick comforter". When it was time to pay they said it was an extra $5 for being thick (my comforter is lightweight). This on TOP of the $17.99 price for a thick comforter so I left paying $25. My family and I had been using this cleaners since they opened. We have spent a lot of moneys there.Two weeks ago, My husband bought two comforters in to get cleaned. Unfortunately, the cleaners shrunk one of them. It went from a Queen to less than a Full.We brought it back and the owner said he would redo in order to "unshrink" it. Of course, when we got it back, the damage was done. The owner then accused my husband of bringing it in already shrunken and that he had it on camera. Of course this was all fabricated. I will never spend another dime in this establishment and will let as many of my neighbors know about this horrible customer service and lack of integrity. Cleaning service was good. Took my suit to get cleaned they just didn't return my suits hanger. Price is ok.

Just picked up my clothes today, after a few days of my clothes being at this establishment. I paid $17 for 7 items, which seems about right. The clothes look good. I will continue to use these guys. read more

I'm disappointed to write this review because the people there are super friendly. Unfortunately, the dry cleaning service is not as great. In fact, it's bad. I've noticed on a few occasions that my clothes don't look like they've been cleaned and/or ironed. I tried another cleaners to see if I just have too high of an expectation of what my clothes look like when they are returned and they did a very good job. They are the worst cleaners! I took a silk pleated dress and one side was wrinkled they took the wrinkle off of one side and said it is impossible to take the wrinkle off of the other side. This is the most asinine excuse I've ever heard. Plus they wanted to chatge me $11 for a rush job. The manager was very unaccomodating. read more

My entire family has used this cleaners since they opened. We always got good service here. One day I was dropping my items off...about 40 every other week. The owner interrupted me and the young lady as she was making my tags/tickets . He told me my husbands shirts had to be dry cleaned , I explained to him that these few shirts were yard/ garden shirts and I always have them starched because it deterred dirt and stains. They were very old yard shirts and it didn't matter if they shrunk or got damaged . I told him I would even sign a waiver releasing him of any financial obligation. He was very rude and refused me service unless I changed my tickets. He said if I didn't do it like he said I could take my business somewhere else. I did , and never had that problem again . It is a shame he will not work with customers and worse....be rude about it. That day he lost 6 loyal and regular customers. I have since found a wonderful and very customer accommodating cleaners. read more
