I first started taking my daughter here almost 10 years ago. Back then, I would say that she was a great doctor- attentive, passionate, caring, and open to any questions or concerns you may have. I've even recommended her to several family members and friends, who still go there. Shortly after my second daughter was born, 5 years ago, the practice seemed to be growing. Which is great for Dr, don't get me wrong, I'm happy for her- however, this made longer wait times, crowded waiting rooms, and shorter appointments since they seem to double or triple book depending on same day appointments/sick visits. I completely understand, but I needed a practice that put the patient first, not that they deliberately don't, but it could've been better. Possibly longer hours, more staff, and more rooms. The location definitely needed some updating, but that doesn't make a bad office. Overall, I still think Dr. Kaner is a great pediatrician- very knowledgeable, nice, and gentle. Just wish she had a little more time with the patient in the room rather than on the laptop looking through the chart when you've been a patient for "x" amount of years and bringing up the same questions as last time. Her medical assistant, Alla, is a sweetheart. She remembered us at each visit by name. And her receptionist, Carolina, is also excellent and intelligent. read more
