And within 10 minutes of getting my vitals taken Dr Whitfield came in and saw me. To say he was thorough is an understatement. I have never been treated the way…read morethis dr office manager (lupe) did or the Dr. I have been in the medical field over 20 years and worked with many drs and front desk to know the troubles they get from their patients so when I say I have a major respect for them I do. But when an office manager continues to go back and forth with me saying i didnt drop off the referral to them when i clearly walked in and handed it to them upsets me. I have 2 referrals you didnt receive one which i have emailed to them and still nothing has been done. Now the dr says well you know i gave you a sample of a drug so you should be happy with that and i dont think my manager was out of line by going back and forth with you. Things happen.. WoW okay well thanks for your service at the time its no longer needed. I cant believe it I'm appalled but then again I'm glad i did see their true colors now and not later
