When I pointed this out, the man (about 6ft tall) behind the counter became defensive and borderline aggressive, saying, "I'm not going to argue with you," even though I was calm and just trying to get what I paid for. What happened next was shocking. In front of other customers, he angrily grabbed the wrap from my hands and aggressively drenched it in sauce before tossing it back to me. It was clear he was trying to save face because people were watching & at risk losing his customers in line, but his behavior was completely unprofessional and intimidating.
