The driver is super friendly. For the most part, they stick to their scheduled pickup/drop off window. There was one time where they were early dropping off, but I work close by and have a lot of flexibility so that isn't a big deal for me. It's not the frugal option, but when there's room in the budget, I will always have Jimmy's do my laundry.

The washing and drying machines in my building leave room for desire, and are often filled with other people's dirt, broken pens, gum, etc. So I found myself needing to find a laundromat that I could build a relationship with. Chandler Coin Wash was the third laundromat I tried, and as is often said, "Three times is a charm!" Like many folks, I became sick due to the current pandemic, and needed to have my laundry picked up, and then delivered when it was finished being washed and folded. If you've never had this service done for you, I don't recommend you try it at any of the other laundromats in town - I didn't have good experiences until I called Chandler Coin Wash. They came to my home the same day I called them. I realize that they don't always do this, and scheduling is necessary at times, but they're happy to work with people, and it shows! The nice man that took my laundry was professional, he wore a mask, and he was quick about his business! I asked him about the pricing, and I was Happy to learn that Chandler Coin Wash was easily the least expensive option available out of the three laundromats I had tried so far. The real treasure here though is what I received when I had my clothes delivered to me. First of all, if you've never had your clothes professionally washed, the difference between a home wash and a professional wash is amazing! These clothes smelled, and felt absolutely wonderful. Chandler Coin Wash though, despite having a lower price, got my clothes back to me in a much better fashion than any of the laundromats I had the opportunity to work with. I have to leave a note about the way they were folded. I don't know how they can possibly take the time to fold every article of clothing the way that they do, but one can tell that they pay a lot of attention to detail in a very meticulous fashion. I would highly recommend that everyone give Chandler Coin Wash a try if they're considering their pickup and drop-off service. I'll certainly be giving them my business for the foreseeable future, especially during this pandemic where going out to do laundry on one's own is not only time consuming, but can also pose a risk to one's safety. I weighed my 5 gallon bucket empty. It weighs 2 lbs. I added 25.5 lbs. of copper. I have over 500 lbs in stock but I was checking the companies integrity. So, I brought my 27.5 lb bucket in to cash it along with some brass, wire, aluminum ect ect....everything weighed on my medical scale. I was paid for the correct weight on my aluminum only. They compensated on my copper,brass and wire all exactly 3 lbs light. So instead of getting $3.06 per pound it worked out to around $2.60. It was below the lowest of 5 scrap yards that I called on that day. I am very disappointed with Scrap It of Worcester. I'll test them again sometime, but I will have my ducks in a row to pursue legal action if they pull that crap on me again. I asked about harp pins, and after talking enough, he knew I meant friction pegs but for harps. (No, I didn't know this would also explain it!) While I'm not sure of how practical it is to get teensy harp pins (3 mm size?) or use friction pegs (too large?), T invited me to visit so we could look together. ~~~ He was willing to look through catalogs and online searches with me to find the piece I'd need. How can you beat this kind of interest? The people here are like when you have a home project and need to know *how* to do it and *what* tools you need. Apparently this location is under new ownership. We booked more than a month out and had someone call and text to confirm 2 or 3 times only to have them cancel the day before our move. We ended up having a very challenging move as a result and had to scramble for movers and pay double. If you want to have a reliable moving company I would look elsewhere. As an update the owner canceled his $200 consolation payment due to this bad review. We were out more than $1500 due to the company and their late cancellation.
