He had to install a Lutron Dimmable Switch Starter kit in two bedrooms and instead installed a Lutron product that was a fraction in cost of the better product. He had two other workers with him and spent all of 57 minutes unscrewing the switch plates and screwing in the new product and charged me $450. I had so much going on that morning that it didn't dawn on me that i had gotten ripped off. Its gets better, I called him because he recommended that i purchase the Caseda bridge product (another $129) so I did and if i had any questions i could call him, and he would help me out, so i did just that, I called him. He basically told me i had to make an appointment so that i could pay him for his time to help me trouble shoot my issue. This is NOT the type of person you want to hire. There are many other honest hard working people that do great work.
