More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

When I asked about this, I was told that it was how those fans are. (In fact, I have others that are much quieter.) The first week in February they almost finished the job and still had to come back weeks later with the correct equipment. They never returned my calls or e-mails and when I did get through to ask them to finish the job they said they had a bigger AV project to do and they would finish mine at their convenience. This company is very unprofessional and discourteous and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I'm glad they were able to thread a part for the last reviewer. Maybe that's all they should stick to. And neighborly? Definitely not.
