I'm a woman in a male dominated industry and I know a bit about cars, construction etc. I'm also no nonsense. Did my research and had been here the day prior to see the vehicle of interest. I was ready to buy. Walked in and was greeted to find out the sales person I had talked to the day prior, who I liked, had an issue and was not going to be working that day. The minute the new sales person opened his mouth I knew this was going to be a challenge. I told him that I was here to buy a certain car and pointed to it. I provided him with the bottom price the sales person the prior day had given me and said he would take a look. He disappeared for 20 mins cane back and then started the sales game with me including the "hun" sweet talk crap. I told him I expected no nonsense or haggling and wanted to get the transaction done and leave. I'm straight forward and what should've been a couple hours turned into 7 hours without providing lunch. They kept adding to the price of the car playing the sales game. After leaving, I find out they were supposed to get the luxury floor mats that were in the car and they traded out them and gave me the cheap ones etc. Finally the torture was over and I left! I was over it and tired of being treated like a stupid weak female by a team that had obvious East coast, old school sales tactics. Seems to be a thing here. With the purchase I received the first oil change free. Even though my gut told me not to go back I thought to myself... "Well maybe the service staff is different". My service writer was awful and immediately sat me down and wanted to charge me for an alignment when they hadn't even looked at the car, it was still sitting in front of us. I asked him why he thought it needed an alignment and he said "Well it's a good idea to keep it in good alignment." Oh geez... give me a break they hadn't even put it on the rack. To shorten this story I will just say he didn't just want to do a "free" oil change and ket me leave. I did finally leave with just the oil change, they washed the car but didn't dry it so there was spots all over it. The sales department sends me emails continually telling me that the car has decreased in value by about $20K but they will give me a great trade in value to upgrade to a new car even though this one is only just under 2 years old. The Failure & Substantial Impairment: My 2025 Escalade has only 4,700 miles and is currently sitting in pieces after a catastrophic electrical failure where both AC screens and control displays were flickering and failing, leaving me with no way to control the vehicle. Following GM Engineering, the dealer gutted the entire front dash and interior to replace the wiring harness. The repair failed. They are now "guessing" with an entire radio assembly on an indefinite backorder. This invasive teardown has substantially impaired the structural integrity, safety, and future resale value of my asset. Management & Service Misconduct: * Edwin Mejia (Service Advisor): Beyond dismissive with a consistently negative attitude. I am the one constantly chasing him for updates. Most critically, Edwin explicitly lied to buy time, claiming the wiring harness was being replaced following a "software update"--only to admit later that no such update even exists for this car. He had no loaner available on Day 1 and has never reached back out to provide one, leaving me stranded for 8 days (and counting) in direct violation of Cadillac's warranty. * Richard Gruber (General Manager): I escalated this directly to the GM to get real answers and see if this unprofessional attitude would change. Everything has remained exactly the same. There is a total lack of accountability for a high-value, loyal customer. Extremely Disappointed in my new XT4 purchase. One very important feature I wanted was the wireless charging feature in the center armrest area. I was assured by both the salesperson and the General Manager, that if I purchased the one they had on the lot, they would order the part and install it. Well, it turns out, they can't order and install the part. The option they offered was to sell me a different vehicle that would cost me up to $15,000 more! If I wanted to spend $15,000 more, I would have made that decision before I finalized the purchase. Now I am asking to be compensated for not providing this feature and their response is since they included into the deal, and I'm not entitled to anything???? But I didn't get what I bought, so it really looks like bait and switch. Bottom line.....if I was told that the wireless charging was NOT possible on this vehicle, I would not have bought it!! And Cadillac customer service is a waste of time. So, I'm still trying to get resolution and texted the salesperson 3 days ago, and no response....Meanwhile, the car is sitting in my garage as I don't want to put miles on it until this is resolved. I bought the vehicle in mid May, so we're 3 months into this already with no resolution. My wife and I "ordered" a CT5 on November 10th, 2025. We wanted an AWD with the V6. We were required to leave a 5k deposit for our order to be placed. Today, 12/10 we received a phone call stating that our car was not ordered and it wouldn't be until January but that couldn't be guaranteed. I was upset to say the least on why it wasn't ordered on November 10th. They gave us a lot of excuses and every time we tried to get clarification they changed their story. After several calls going back and forth we cancelled the deal and requested our deposit back. We immediately drove to another Cadillac to place our order. That dealership told us that the CT5 with a V6 ended that production option on 12/01/2025. Sullivan Cadillac outright lied to us about ordering a Cadillac in January as it no longer an option. They cannot be trusted to order a car for you even when taking a 5k deposit. I checked with two other Cadillac dealerships, and they only require 1k. I found Ron to be capable, knowledgeable and very concerned about us having a great buying experience. My previous car which I wanted to use as a trade-in was a Honda. He went to great links and a lot of effort to get Honda to give us a final amount due on the car. I think he spent over an hour trying to talk to these people who were uncooperative and very difficult to reach. It was also very time consuming. He remained calm and assured me that everything would go OK and even let me take the car home the same day. I can never thank him enough for making my buying experience terrific. I brought my 04 Cadillac srx in for a computer programming. Although they were able to program the one computer they informed me of another issue with the ecm . This isnt about that. This is about Jaime in the service dept and the service dept people in general. Jaime the way I spoke of you, my wife said am I in love with this girl. Lmao. I use to own a big shop in NY building Truck equipment for industry like dump trucks and crane trucks etc. I know how hard it is to get good representation in the service dept. Jaime is fantastic at her job she somehow makes you feel like She is your sis and gonna make sure your treated right I never dealt with any dealer as a customer in the shop but Cadillac does not share ability to program computers . Dealers use to bring me the repairs to the big trucks. I was on the other end. Sullivan owners need to recognize they have something special in Jaime . My wife and I went to Sullivan Cadillac today to see a 2006 Lincoln Pickup truck that was advertised for sale on Facebook and their website. I sent a message thru Facebook asking if it was available. I never received any response. I then called and spoke to a used car sales person who told me it was there but being repaired.(3) days later after very bad weather in our area we decided to go and see the vehicle. We called and were assured it was still there. We arrived about 1 hour later and were informed it had just been sold. I said I had looked all around their lot and did not see it and the salesman Rob said it had just been sold and it was being detailed. I told him and his alleged manager that they should have called me to save me the (1) hour trip and I was informed they didn't call me because I did not come in over the weekend. I told them I was appalled that a Cadillac Dealer operated this way. I believe the term is bait and switch. Buyers BEWARE!!!! On Jan 30th I paid 14k cash for a car that I havent been able to put gas in since the purchase. Being told by the Service Manager I should just take the car to an auction??? WTH? To make the damage worse now they quote me $1600 labor to change a gas tank and $381 in parts; after being told when I first bought the car back the second week of owning it that they would take care of the issue? Then I'm told IF I need a gas tank its gonna be $546 IF they can find one because GM doesnt make parts anymore and yet I type in the cars make year and model and pull up plenty of gas tanks all under $200 so much for good business practice and righting a wrong. I was also told I will be called back and havent heard a peep from anyone. This dealership new exactly what they were doing when they sold this car...This issue didnt happen overnight they shut off the check engine light and filled up the gas tank so I wouldn't have an issue until I had to fill up again and that is when all hell broke lose and I knew I was scammed!!!! Especially, when I was told by the Manager that it was air in the gas pump line of the gas station not the car and yet here I am going on 3 mos and still cant put $5 of gas in my car without it taking 20 minutes!!! Hopefully, one day soon I can apologize to the dealership for my complaint that I will be making with the help of consumer advocacy of the BBB and every other review board I post. read more

He ended up being busy and he asked four different salesmen to help us and they all said they where busy, but they had no customers. He found a very arrogant salesman to help us. I saw the car on the internet advertised $38,998. He told me the price was $39, 998. When I told him about the internet price he just said "Oh". I made an offer and he went to the manager and came back and said we were too far apart and said "Thank you for stopping by". Seniors Beware! Went to Sullivan to look at cars. We had bought one car from Ronnie before. We owned our car which was worth $25,000. He talked us into giving up our car and leasing a new one. They did not go through any of the paperwork with us, and we just signed the papers. We sent the paperwork to our family and they were furious. They told us to get our car back. Sullivan refused to give it back. Our family said that Sullivan has taken us big time, and we lost all of our equity in our 2016 Cadillac. With all of the seniors in Florida, they evidently have been taking advantage of seniors for years. That is the last time they will rip us off. read more

We went in after being contacted by their internet rep in response to a "TrueCar" deal with USAA. A very "eager" salesperson proceeded to tell us what we wanted and did not listen to us at all. He insulted us by saying he knows, after 10 years in the business, that we travelled a long way to see the vehicle because there are not a lot of them available. This was his attempt to tell us that he had the upper hand. Had he listened, he would have known we travelled all of about 5 miles to get there. Here is a perfect example of how a business manager can ruin a dealership. How many of you out there have ever bought a car without a negotiation of price, terms etc.? There is a 'massive' rebate ($7200) on a Buick Encore in March of 2018. Hurray for GM! Rebates are seperate from the price negotiation. The business manager told us you are getting 27% off because of the rebate (so?) that's between me and GM. Thus he (the guy who said he sold a billion cars) .. told my wife and I there is a 0 discount on this model. Boo for Sullivan! HUH? I told him I don't pay full boat and he said 'but your getting a big rebate', again(so?). I then suggested we try a lease, my fault. With a different massive rebate of $5750 for a lease and a high residual value 62% the internet is abuzz over 189 and less payments. Guess what? he pulls a 314 payment from his 'machine' (that he paid a lot of money for) and when I tried and failed to even get close to his number he refused to let me see if he had any junk fees in the deal. We were financing aroung 4300 with 3.12% how am I paying him back over 7500? Again a lease with no reduction in price, just 'massive rebates'..yet just looking at other dealers they are offering around a 7% price reduction before rebates. Thus I now own a new Encore for the next 2 years @ 195.33 with nothing OOP! They do not act like a real dealership, the property is run down and uninviting but you know what...just like he said to me..it's only a car..but its my money! Their price: $314 How? Traded a very nice SUV for an XTS. Told the salesman that I did NOT want to put anything down on the care as I was pre-approved for the balance etc... At the time of signing I stupidly believed everyone and signed away. Then the next day got the call asking for the $1,000 cash down that was on the contract. (Always read the freaking contract). In my opinion, this extra payment was a deal breaker and nothing less than dishonest. The salesman even said that I didn't want any money down, but obviously someone did and added that to my contract, but it was too late. Paid the outstanding amount, peeled the Sullivan name off the back end of my car and will NOT be back for anything, anytime. Now I'm sitting here waiting for GM to call me for the "Customer Satisfaction Survey" that is usual. BTW, the car is nice. read more

They have huge addendum stickers adding thousands extra to the MSRP (for really nothing of value), they will not negotiate on the price and the management and sales people are very rude and condescending. If you don't agree to their terms they have no problem seeing you depart. I traded both my wife and my cars in at Sullivan Cadillac the previous week. My wife absolutely loves her car, a 2008 Honda Accord. Myself who swore he would never own a Japanese car, am impressed by its quality, pickup and handling. This however left me with out a car. I went to Sullivan Buick to see if I could find a replacement for my 2005 Buick Lacrosse. I passed on a Buick Lucerne V8 and instead opted for a 2005, very low mileage, Chevy Malibu. It had great pickup but after a week of driving it, I realized, it was Not a Buick. It was a real step down from my Lacrosse even though the Lacrosse I traded in had 115,000 miles on it and the Chevy only had 30,000. I went back to Sullivan Buick again and Scott and Joe steered me toward a low mileage 2007 Buick Lucerne. Now I see why my Mother misses her Lucerne so much. It is an outstanding car. Between your excellent salesmen and Buick's high standard of quality, I would recommend Sullivan Buick (and Cadillac) to anyone looking for a car. On top of this, my wife and I attended a new Cadillac/Buick ownership dinner at each dealership and we were very impressed that even after the sale, Sullivan wanted to make sure it's customers were satisfied with their purchases and were there to answer any questions new owners had. read more
