This business sold my 68 year old mother an older Toyota and charged her $10,500 for a car she could have bought for $7000. (Kelly blue book) I moved in with my mother about 3 months after she purchased the car. We noticed that the car was leaking when it rained, the seat belt did not work on the back right side. I asked my mom to call the dealer but she is elderly and procrastinates, so she never followed through.
Unfortunately, I did not get involved until a year later.
I called the dealership and explained the situation. I masked mom to take some form of responsibility, that I felt he overcharged my mom and that he sold her a car that was not functional. He called me "unreasonable" and offered no help, claiming that we waited too long. His tone was condescending and he was anything but empathetic. So, here I am, letting you know that this place will take you for a ride if you let them. They clearly took advantage of an elderly woman, which is criminal, in my book, and they most certainly lack professional communication skills.
I do not recommend. read more
