Just as some as I took a left turn off there property I meant nothing to them. I got down the road aways about 11/2 hr blew out the left rear inside dual. Called AtoZ to find some help to get the tire replaced. My first call was to the salesman around 2:00pm, 2:30 asked for the tire size 3:30 the asked for my location. I was then told by Hoss its really hard to find someone up there where I was at. AtoZ finally did find someone that would come out and put the spare on which was flat and 13 years old! They let me drive out of there on tires that were r/r/r 10 years old l/s/r 9 years old spare 13 years old and flat. I finally got tire of AtoZ not helping, I made one call and had someone there to replace the tires with in the hour Hoss said they called the same company and that they didn't answer. Hunters Mobile Tire repair . The $2000.00 deposit didn't go to get the camper ready.The old tires not enough fuel in it to get home didn't even fill it up, they were concerned enough to drain the propane tank before I left. My take on A to Z RV as in there name there's a lot missing no resources to help someone along side the road not much on safety concerns. They did feel guilty said how sorry they were sent me $100.00 for the $800.00 bill .

Later, while…read moreactively trying to correct inaccuracies on my credit reports and gather documentation for a legal matter, I reached back out simply requesting my denial paperwork and any records related to my application. Instead of providing my own paperwork, they refused to send any actual documentation and only gave me a list of bank names, addresses, and phone numbers that I never asked for. That does nothing to help me obtain the records tied to my own credit application. Consumers should not have to fight to access documentation connected to their own financing attempt. If records exist, they should be provided in a reasonable manner--especially when requested for legitimate credit correction and legal purposes. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service after the sale process was already over.

Very disappointed with the communication from this dealership\. I was actively working with a…read moresalesperson on purchasing an RV and had been going back and forth on the numbers\. I was told there was "great news" and that I would be contacted, and then the communication simply stopped\. I understand that sometimes a buyer and dealership are too far apart on numbers and a deal just isn't going to work\. That's part of buying a vehicle\. What I don't understand is completely ignoring a customer instead of taking two minutes to call or text and say, "We can't get to your numbers\." What made it even more frustrating was that I submitted another inquiry on the same RV and was immediately contacted by someone else wanting to earn my business\. So clearly the dealership was still interested in selling the coach\. I wasn't expecting them to accept an offer they couldn't make work\. I was expecting the common courtesy of a response after spending time negotiating and showing serious interest in purchasing the RV\. A simple phone call or text would have gone a long way\. Unfortunately, being left hanging after being told there was "great news" has made this a very frustrating experience\.

This was an amazing experience. Tom, the location manager was absolutely perfect! I had been…read morecommunicating with Tom for the past five weeks. Scheduling, ordering the parts that were back ordered and constant communication with each other regarding the parts coming in on time the whole experience was great. I arrived the night before, and I was able to sleep in the motorhome so once they opened, I was able to get in right away. He even had some parts shipped to his house for our Monday morning appointment. The technician which, unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was superb. Immediately got on my motorhome and just worked methodically all the way through. It was very nice because they have a sitting room in the garage area where I could sit with my three dogs and watch very comfortably. Now I have to say in route from Naples to Bellevue I had a heck of a time driving. My motorhome drifted left to right and took every contour in the road and I could fill it. Particularly when an 18 wheeler will go buy me. It would push me then it would pull me back-and-forth making it a very difficult drive and of course nerve-racking. The technician knew exactly what I was talking about installed additional equipment and made the necessary adjustments and then we went for a ride. Just the technician and myself and Ani issues we were discussing pulled over on the side of the road. He crawled up underneath and made an adjustment and then back on the road and it was as if I was driving a completely different motorhome. After dropping the technician off at the shop and of course paying the bill and driving back home down interstate 75 it was absolutely amazing! I was literally able to drive with one hand on the wheel, which I know is not right, but it was just to show what an amazing change. So what was done? I had four new shocks put on, airbag stabilizers and the best thing was the steering arm stabilizer, which is like a giant shock absorber that reduces over correcting and makes the entire motorhome handle differently. My thanks to Tom and the technician for doing such a wonderful job, you have changed my traveling lifestyle.

It was not easy deciding to sell our motorhome since we enjoyed it for many years so we took the weekend to decide. Back on Monday, Dayana helped us make the final decision and made the process very easy. She had the appraisers look at our RV, offering some insight into it's condition. Dayana gave us some options, discussed the financial details and was very patient with us as we decided which would be our best option. Again, this was not an easy decision, but Dayana made it pleasant and uncomplicated. I will follow this review up once the unit is sold and I have no doubt that PPL will do its best to make it happen.
