Waiting are is nice with coffee, cold bottles of water, snacks, and a small cafe for things like cookies. Places to sit and watch tv, or bring in your computer to get work done while waiting. Main complaint are the annoying sales reps here who pester you with pitches for refinancing, replacing your car with a new model, and the windshield replacement glass scam they hit you with as soon as you pull up. Yo, I'm from New York and wasn't born yesterday. All I want is an oil change not a new car!

The Hyundai dealer said they would need my car for the full day and no loaners were available. At Jenkins Genesis, the service was completed in an hour and after another 15 minutes my car was hand washed, dried and ready to go. I called the dealership and explained the situation. I masked mom to take some form of responsibility, that I felt he overcharged my mom and that he sold her a car that was not functional. He called me "unreasonable" and offered no help, claiming that we waited too long. His tone was condescending and he was anything but empathetic. So, here I am, letting you know that this place will take you for a ride if you let them. They clearly took advantage of an elderly woman, which is criminal, in my book, and they most certainly lack professional communication skills. I do not recommend.
