I had toured a couple schools (closer to home and "less expensive"), but Leeza's knowledge, wisdom, experience, energy and overall love for ancient yoga practices is like nothing else I found near me. I told her I didn't want to teach when I signed up....of course she said "that's not how it works"....and almost 10 years later I finally embrace what she meant. I now love sharing practices that have helped me heal (completely halt/in remission) a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. Not only does she offer yoga classes, but music/voice lessons, meditation, breathwork, cleanse retreats (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!), awesome workshops, and all kinds of fun events that all help a soul heal, renew, revive and THRIVE! I showed up today for a class (which i didn't register for) that had ended up being cancelled. Had one other student show up as well and Leeza welcomed us with open arms and we had our own little private music/chanting session which was exactly what I needed! No matter how long I've been away, she ALWAYS welcomes me with open arms and most importantly and open heart! If you have considered doing yoga, teaching yoga, learning a new musical skill, seeking a path for better health and an overall better life....Leeza is an AMAZING mentor and I will forever be indebted to her for helping me change my life!

We felt talked down to and we were embarrassed for the 2 other patrons who were talked down to also. We really wanted to love this place. It's a shame we didn't. I know the instructor has many years of experience and the whole time I was trying to have an open mind. I really appreciate places like these being in business, I just wish there were more of them to choose from. I did end up putting a tip in the tip jar because I'm a hairdresser and that's what we do. I know how hard it is to run a business. I wish this place lots of love and understanding in the future.

The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. What can I say about my favorite small business in town? Best community, genuinely authentic…read morepeople, gifted yoga instructors, good music and vibe. The yoga teachers care about you and make it a point to know and interact w their students. I took my YTT here as well, and I recommend if you are pursuing that. Yoga classes are fun, different, sometimes wild, sometimes calm, instructive, and attuned to different needs.

The workouts themselves are efficient and challenging, and I've seen great results since becoming a member. It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! I've also tried their mat Pilates from a different day, those are really great body workouts too! It's 24/7 so it's super convenient.
