I really appreciate places like these being in business, I just wish there were more of them to choose from. I did end up putting a tip in the tip jar because I'm a hairdresser and that's what we do. I know how hard it is to run a business. I wish this place lots of love and understanding in the future.

The all level "hot" class was amazing! As intense as I wanted and wad a solid 75 minutes. I loved the variety that the other yoga class offered so it did not feel repetitive and gave my body just what it needed and asked for. I felt incredible after both classes! I used Momentum to buy their drop in class for $20. Make sure you do that before you go and not when you're there your first time. We ended up not using the "gift" I gave my husband to take the class with me, so paid an additional cost. At least we can use it for another time when we are in town. They have a cute little shop as you enter and a beautiful giant Buddha facing the door. The Buddha is facing North East-ish which is the correct Feng shui to bring forth good energy. Yogaden was definitely a den of good vibes and welcoming energy.

The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. You can sign up a week before the class. They have a waitlist as well and chances are you will make it to the class. Highly recommend Wicked Pilates!!

To start off... this is the only Pilates chain I've participated in classes. That being…read moreestablished, that my opinion is not from a perspective of a Pilates princess, but a band life mom-- I am a fan. I like that even if I go to classes every day, they vary. Never boring. Always supportive. I like that when I was in the wrong position every day for three weeks (newbie) they corrected my foot placement, knee placement, and where I should be looking. I like that the person wears a microphone so I can hear them count and hope to be finished with a move I am not particularly strong at but know that I need to complete. Encouraging and supportive instructors. Strict rules; however, so be sure you are attending before you sign up for a class or you will be charged the 15$ fee. Also 3 months required before you can "cancel" your membership, so choose wisely. I actually UPGRADED mine since I love it so much. I'm chubby, middle age, and exhausted, so I look forward to my one hour of peace and stretch/ center and balance, reformer 1 and 1.5. I was brave and attended a cardio session or two. Emma kindly modified a position or two for me when she noticed I was on the struggle bus. I also wear hearing aids, so it helps when I look around and can see what others are doing with their legs / arms. It seems like most attendees know what's going on-- maybe in another month I'll figure it out, but for now, I just look forward to being able to perform the moves to my best for the day. We wipe the machines after session. I purchased the handle grips after a month of going. Some ladies are really toned- I'm sure they are also hitting the 2.0 and suspend classes- I am not brave enough yet to try and learn. I'm still trying to bridge and not move that reformer. Bridges without my left hamstring cramping up seems to be a daily goal. I head to the Norco club too and like the vibe there as well- that group of attendees are chattier than the Corona crowd. Parking is easy. Their app is intuitive. Their text messages are AWESOME. I love the reminders. The overall vibe is superb. Again- to emphasize- I am a total newbie beginner and did not even know what a reformer was when I joined. I used to be a spin class in the dark kind of person, and cardio step class at 24 H fitness - so this vibe is much more personal and expensive. I'm digging it for now! I'm in Month 3 for me, 4 -5 times a week. I signed up my kiddo too! Get her stretched and strengthened too during the summer before band begins and field practice.
