The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. You can sign up a week before the class. They have a waitlist as well and chances are you will make it to the class. Highly recommend Wicked Pilates!!

That said, I do want to express that I found the way my concern was addressed to be somewhat unprofessional and dismissive. I reached out respectfully to request a refund for the unused portion of the session based on my experience, and I don't feel that questioning whether the class was "so bad" or suggesting that it would be a "true shame" for me to make a judgment based on one class was an appropriate response to a customer's feedback. My decision not to attend the remaining classes isn't something I made lightly. The first class started late because the previous class ran over, and I found the limited space and crowded environment uncomfortable. Those are valid reasons for me to decide that the experience wasn't what I was looking for. I understand that you have different teachers and class styles, but I also don't feel obligated to attend three additional classes after an initial experience that didn't meet my expectations simply because they were included at no additional cost. I appreciate the offer to try the other classes, but I am declining and would still appreciate you reconsidering a refund or partial refund for the unused classes as a gesture of good customer service.

It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! I've also tried their mat Pilates from a different day, those are really great body workouts too! It's 24/7 so it's super convenient.
