I asked about sizing and was told it could be different for everyone, so they brought me my normal size and one size larger. After that I was on my own - my normal size fit but I could feel the shoe on my heel (in the store so I should have known better), I asked the employee but she wasn't able to help explain why the size above mine was so big. I ended up purchasing my normal size - they have a pretty strict return policy so you can't try them out. I've given them 3 full months - I can only wear once or twice a week since I have to let my heels recover for several days after. Very disappointed, especially since the price was $139!

While they have great products that are pretty durable, the prices here make purchasing a difficult decision. I have to really love love love love love a piece to buy it, and when I can find a shirt that sells for just under $200 at this store at TJ Max for under $50, or even on sale at Nordstrom Rack, Macy's or Dillard's for under $100, I have never made a purchase here. I browse, look for sales (which are rare), say hi to the friendly staff, then usually end up leaving within 5 minutes. It's good for what it is, and maybe someday I'll buy something at this store.
