They just said go in for your wash...at no point did anyone introduce themselves. The stylist didn't add a barrier for my skin to avoid the dye staining the skin along the perimeter of my face. She said 'oh you want that?' UM, YES. She was very robotic. The cut was terrible and uneven, and the blowout was equally bad. To top it off - no one said THANK YOU. I will NEVER BE BACK.
