My suggestion would be having a shower door. Our shower did not have any doors, only a glass that goes up to the half of the shower floor which got a lot of water on to the bathroom floors during shower. Tons of things to watch on the TV, it has Netflix, Disney+, hulu, and prime video, and regular channels. Remember not to smoke if you are a smoker, as the fire alarm went off during our stay because someone had smoked in their room. Fire rescue arrived and they were fined 250 dollars, as far as I know. The walls here are also quite thin, I could hear others talking on nearby rooms. However these were not a problem for us. The price to stay here was reasonable. There are a couple things to do around North Shore, from supermarkets (Publix) to Denny's and other surf shops and cafes, restaurants, CVS and Walgreens, etc. are all here. About a 7 minute walk to the beach where you could spend time. There's no laundry services in the hotel however there is a coin laundromat on about a 5 minute walk. On the street you may encounter cats. Overall, it was a great stay here.

Would not honor original price, no matter how high up the management chain I went. No service at all. I get this is not a hotel, but I would expect some minimum service. When my son got sick with diarrhea and we ran out of TP, the front desk refused to give me any. Room has kitchen, but not even salt is provided. Good luck trying to get new towels. The hotel runs out of chairs on the beach by 9am. There's no where close to enough for everyone. So be prepared to get your towel and belongings very sandy. Partial sea views rooms can only see the sea if you hang one foot over your balcony. TVs don't work. And if you need help, guess what... Pros: The rooms are otherwise nice and clean The beach is decent, except for the Portuguese Man o War we had visit and clear the entire beach for several hours. The hotels next door are closed and dilapidated, so that means less people on the beach.

It was very spacious, and I loved how it had two bathrooms, with two sinks in the master bathroom. I also loved how the refrigerator came with an ice maker. The decor was simple but nice, and everything was so clean. I really enjoyed the long mirrors for pictures. For $20 a day you got parking in the garage, or you could have parked on the street for free, but coming in late at night there was no parking, so paying the $20 a day was good. The rooftop pool had an amazing view as well. The one thing I didn't like about the condo was they had a nice tub, but the inside looked like it was peeling badly so I didn't bother to use it. The other problem I had was I paid for late checkout, but I guess it wasn't communicated with management so in the middle of getting dress someone came in on us, which was kinda scary, and I was frustrated because when I told them I paid for late checkout they kept telling me I didn't and they didn't have any record, but thank God I keep my proof of receipt. I showed them and they apologized, but how the whole situation concurred was a little much. Other than that, the condo was close to a lot of things, which was good, and it was quiet.

Quiet, secure, restaurants galore within a few minutes walk, the beach virually across the street. Easy check in and check out. Good communication and response. Apartment is well furnished and supplied. Furnishings are not high end, but very nice all the same. Highly recommended.
